The hotel was in a good location to where we were visiting. There were several Breweries in the area that we visited that we enjoyed. The hotel shower did not work, but the manager had it fixed within an hour at 9pm. There was a lot of dust build-up on the ac filter and there was light coming around 3 sides of the entrance door. The bed was comfortable after all the commotion settled down.

Room Tip: I would not recommend rooms 1 or 2. There is a parking spot that is right in front of both doors.

We just spent 2 nights at this Inn and it is our second visit. The Inn is comfortable and clean; check in was easy and the Inn Keeper professional and friendly. Location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby. Coffee is available in the morning and was quite good. Family is nearby and we will be staying here again.

The owner of an Indian-like male is malignant. Because you feel unpleasant, you should not stay. Smokers are particularly constantly monitored and feel dangerous to themselves. Because it is a very malignant man, you should be careful.

When possible we stay at the old motor lodge style motels. "When possible" is mostly referring to the property updates, cleanliness, and security. This location scores high marks in all categories for the class is it's in. If you want a chain property then by all means get it, we do that too. This is no chain but we found fluffy towels, coffee in the office, etc. We stayed three nights Fri-Mon and were extremely satisfied with this 'ol Mom 'n Pop. And btw, meet the owners and you'll find out folks who care about your guest experience. We'd stay there again for sure.

We were only in town one night for my daughters birthday. Needed inexpensive room as we weren't going to be spending much time, just to sleep. We were very happy to find this motel had updated their furniture, rugs and bedding. The folks running it were very nice and it was very clean. Great convenient location as well. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here in order to visit family. We needed something small, budget friendly and CLEAN. This was the perfect place! So clean, decent sized room and amenities, super friendly owner and staff, great location! Would stay here again. Just keep in mind it is budget. Small and not at all fancy. But perfect for my family of four!

Exactly as advertised on their welcome sign plus the staff was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. The Wilbraham Inn is perfect for a night, or two, staying in Western, MA. My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight with a few other couples after attending a wedding. It was perfectly located between the church and reception locations. The rooms were simple and just right. A king sized bed, decent sized flat screen tv, excellent working a/c unit. Bathroom area is understandably a bit small but is nice that the sink area is separated from the toilet/shower. Room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Will definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back out in this area and need a place to crash.

It was clean, everything worked, services were basic. It was near anything needed. Restaurants in walking distance. A great big Y right behind it. Park at your door, which is handy if your shuffling stuff from your room. No in room coffee. The price was right.

Comfortable, safe environment to rest. Not fancy, but fine for a few nights stay in Westerm Mass. Free parking outside of room door. Area is quiet, and in walking distance to local stores and restaurants. In-ground pool available for warmer weather.

This is the first stay here. It was very old but clean. The outdoor pool was clean too but I didn't go in. Would stay somewhere newer next time. It's a nice location with shopping, Big Y and many restaurants near by. That was the main reason for staying here. Plus the price was fair.
