Small non corporate mom & pop operation.
IMMACULATE! Spotless, and updated with new memory foam mattresses.
It can be a crap shoot when staying in an “off-brand” hotel…no worries here. Pleasant but no frills kind of place. It met our needs for a quick trip to The BigE.
We will stay here again!

We came to Wilbraham for a funeral for 2 days. Our stay at Wilbraham Inn was very relaxing. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the King size bed. The room had all necessary amenities like hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator, Yet it was not cluttered. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to our relatives who frequently come to this area. Thanks to the front desk person who nicely assisted us with directions and other needs.

This is a decent motel. I was on my way to being dragged to the antique shows in Brimfield about 15 minutes away. The pool was nice, the rooms were simple but clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room as well. Because it's a motel, there are cars right in front of the rooms, but walls and windows kept things relatively quite. It was bit expensive ($97 at the front desk) but there were not many choices nearby.

This hotel offers basic accommodations, but it perfectly suited my wife and me, given its proximity to my daughter's college, as well as a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance. While the rooms and bathrooms were somewhat outdated, they were functional. The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff were commendable, and the location was ideal. Cost was best in the area for services we expected.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this facility. Owner is currently updating the property and rooms. We enjoyed one of the rooms that had just finished a renovation. Decor was pleasant and beds were comfortable. I was truly impressed with how quiet the room was being next to a busy road. The updating was impressive and will enhance the customer satisfaction. We found the grounds tidy and the rooms clean. The pool is an outdoor seasonal pool & there is ‘NO’ free breakfast. You cannot claim a free breakfast with just coffee & tea, folks. Just is not correct. Staff were pleasant, however, some language barriers were noticeably. Please continue with your updating, it was very much noticed and enjoyed!!! When you can manage, replace the bedding with burn holes or stains, even though it is clean.

Very pleased to find this affordable option near a music festival I was attending with a friend- only 30 minutes from Easthampton / 5 college area.
Clean, good water pressure, and convenient fridge and microwave. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel was in a good location to where we were visiting. There were several Breweries in the area that we visited that we enjoyed. The hotel shower did not work, but the manager had it fixed within an hour at 9pm. There was a lot of dust build-up on the ac filter and there was light coming around 3 sides of the entrance door. The bed was comfortable after all the commotion settled down.

Room Tip: I would not recommend rooms 1 or 2. There is a parking spot that is right in front of both doors.

At one point I was a loyal repeat customer to this place. Although most would complain about the tacky decor or the dirty burn marked sheets and blankets im not one to make a big deal about it. But until yesterday after I had requested no maid service for my room it was entered by the maid and my stuff was rummaged through. I had 2700 dollars stolen from me that i had kept in a drawer underneath my clothes that I had for first last and security to move into my new apartment following my stay at the hotel. I had reported it to the owner and had nothing to say about it expect "ohh thats never happened before". He explained that he talked to the maid and she had claimed she didnt do it which under obvious circumstances she wouldnt admit to it. He claimed i could get a refund if id like so I opted to do so in which i was robbed even more. i had paid $440 for the week only staying there 2 nights and one hour past checkout they then insisted since im leaving early i must be charged the 90 a night regular rate and for three days because i was there past checkout trying to figure out what was going on. all in all i got back a measly $128 and paid $320 to stay at this hole in the wall for 2 nights. i have never felt so violated and disrespected in my life. the absolute worst run business I have ever seen.

On a roadtrip across the country, our car broke down and we got stranded near Wilbraham, MA and were forced to stay overnight. While all was going the worst it could have, the lady at Wihbraham Inn was more helpful than I ever could have asked for. They were the kindest people I've met on our entire trip. They room was great too- clean, wifi, hbo, and a pool. I'd recomend this place to anyone.

We were visiting the area to see James Taylor. I'll preface by saying that my spouse and I don't spend a lot of time in a room. We want cleanliness, good service, a decent bathroom, and a good bed. This time I decided a jacuzzi room would be nice so I booked it through AAA. We arrived to a litter-strewn parking lot. Nice.
Upon checking in, the front desk person gave us a key and directed us to the room. I looked at the receipt and asked about the room that we booked online. I was told; "Oh, no, those are much more expensive, AAA must have made a mistake, we will tell them." After having traveled for 4 hours, I didn't push it and now wish I had. The bed we got was stone hard, the bathroom had tiles that were severely chipped. The room was tiny and very cramped, so cramped that it even bothered us the little time we spent in the room. We did enjoy the concert and our dinner at Pasta in the Pan.
