The Tidewater Inn was good value for money. Clean spacious room. Friendly informative staff. Had a problem with the coffee maker that wouldn't work and they replaced it straight away with no problems. Used the indoor pool and hot tub - lovely after a day of exploring Provincetown. Good location to explore the rest of the Cape. Made full use...

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the inn. It is lovely and clean with the basics that are needed. The diner for breakfast was lovely, great blueberry pancakes and nice staff. The inn was a perfect base for exploring the cape and explore we did! Loved the cape and we also did a day trip to Martha's Vineyard which was...

The tidewater was very nice for the money...Very clean rooms but rugs need to be cleaned or replaced(the sand makes them very dirty). All the staff were courteous and respectful. Would go back here again.

This hotel was on Hwy 28, and was convenient for us. We visited Martha's Vineyard on Saturday, and planned to drive up and back on the Cape on Sunday. I scheduled this hotel for Saturday and Sunday evenings. Because of it being a weekend, I wasn't sure about hotel availability in the area. It would be great for families. They...

I booked this using Internet information and was not disappointed! the gentleman at the desk was pleasant , informative and soft spoken. I had two rooms that were together facing the wonderful warm evening sun with chairs outside our door. the rooms were neat and clean with all of the amenities most travelers are used to. there is also a...

We had no reason to go to the Cape, but we saw the Living Social deal, and decided to do a Fall getaway.......we had driven by 100's of times, but never stopped. We are so happy to have found this wonderful spot, right on Route 28. You would never know how big this place is from the road, but it...

Thanks for the review and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Tidewater. The Living Social deal brought us many new guests, many of whom are returning. We hope that you will become one of our "regulars". I apologize for the air conditioner. It was weak and we replace it after you left. Wish we could have fixed...

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay here for two nights recently as a gift from our two children as part of our Mom's day/dad's day gifts. The staff that we encountered were friendly. The hotel itself is a throwback to a few decades ago and typical of what you would find on the cape or in any...

Thank you for your review. We do have rooms with one king bed and wish you had requested one at arrival. The diner is a favorite with our guests and it's convenient for our guests to not have to leave early in the morning for breakfast. Hope to see you again...in a room with a king bed.

Lovely relaxing place, we were lucky and got a good view. Things were a bit dated (particularly the bathroom suite) but anyone realistic in their booking can see that this is a nice place with good facilities and a good location and offers great value. I should note that whilst it was dated it was clean. The owners clearly take...

Glad you enjoyed your trip to the Cape and your stay at the Tidewater Inn. Our location is very convenient and close to beaches, Hyannis, ferries and the highway. Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in the U.S. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

My wife and I stayed for three days. Although our room was dated it was nice and clean. Great space and the beds were comfortable. Route 28 is very easy to get around on but very busy and slow. There is good sightseeing all around and plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely come again, it's good value for...

I love your title, "authentic Cape Cod". Even though we are a bit dated, I also call the Tidewater a Cape Cod experience! We try to offer clean, comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Hope to see you again at the Tidewater.

For the past 15+ years with the exception of a few, we have stayed at the Tidewater Inn for one night before leaving by ferry the next day for Nantucket. We chose it originally because of the price. We have seen upgrades along the way- painting, WIFI, updating to the rooms etc. Our room has always been very clean. We...

We love our "regulars" and appreciate that you pick the Tidewater to begin your Nantucket vacation. You are right that we need to fix the awning and hope to do it this year. It blew off during one of the storms and we just neglected to replace it. Hope to have it fixed before your return to the Tidewater. You...
