Had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Glad I had read lobby is on second floor. Parking was super easy across the alley way, all covered. Read some complaints about the $25 parking. I hate paying extra for parking but I have never stayed in any big city and parked for free. Stayed in Cambridge a couple months ago and the parking was almost twice that, so I don’t think $25 is unreasonable. The staff at front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed eating on the small terrace. The hotel has that nice, new , clean feel which was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice size, only issue being not enough water pressure in the shower but not a big deal. My daughter lives 10 minutes away and any time we visit in the future, we will definitely be staying here. Want to also mention it’s nice to be right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed going for a walk along the river from the hotel. Can’t ask for much more. Kudos to management and staff for getting everything right.…
This hotel was wonderful loved the spacious room, the room was very clean. The balcony was very large and private. The only thing that was a little different the parking was across the street. So it’s a little pain with luggage and children. But my husband loaded the luggage up and me and my son waited for hubby in the lobby. Then he parked the car and walked back to the hotel.Having access to hotel from parking lot would be ideal. But as a overall the hotel was great.
A new hotel and easy to find. Speedy check in had me in a clean spacious comfortable room with excellent walk in shower and I asked for a quiet room......and it was delivered. I heard nowt and slept very well so thank you. The $25.00 overnight parking charge seems steep but i assume it is a requirement for the whole complex. That said at night the place was deserted and you can park for free all day....thus $25.00 does seem a rip off.
Was in town for work during Marathon weekend and ended up here. Most times when in Boston stay in Back Bay but prices were through the roof. A short Uber ride from downtown was worth it. Hotel seems like it is new - very clean, fast internet, nice breakfast, friendly staff = all you could ask for. Lots of shops and eating options very close by. would stay here again
Sylvia is by far the best person to welcome and check you in. She went out of her way to help me as I was in Boston for my husbands open heart surgery and a basket case! The hotel is first class! Free breakfast is amazing and huge, the rooms are immaculate and spacious, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. Unbelievable accommodations!!
We were greeted warmly at the front desk, and from that moment on, we had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and clean, and the location of the hotel was great. I like Hampton Inns in general; this one was one of the best!
This hotel has been in operation for 1 year. It is a beautiful property. The staff was very friendly. There is an amazing array of shopping available within walking distance as well as multiple restaurants close by.
Exceptionally clean room and hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free parking ($25 if you didn't stay in the hotel) right by the hotel was an added bonus. Lobby is on the second floor and staff will help you with anything you need! Enjoy your stay!
Everything was great; staff, proximity to restaurants and walking around. However, carpet stain was a little gross and maneuvering from the garage to hotel and vice versa was annoying with cold weather added in as well
Great place to stay whether your traveling for work or pleasure. The rooms are spacious and make for a relaxing environment. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and shopping too. A short ride into Boston .
