I had a wonderful experience at this location, very warm great rooms, all staff was amazing from morning staff to evening I worked a lot of hours and each and every time I came home, yes it was my home for nearly two months I was welcomed with a smile. and staff offering their help. I don't believe I would want them to change anything.
Let me start by saying that this is NOT as bad as some of these reviews. It may not be a 5 star hotel but it’s far from being a pit. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. Sure there is no ice machine, and you do not get NESN, but the place is decent. It is perfect for the working class. They serve hot coffee and breakfast pastries. They have an on sight laundry room. Free Wifi. Stove top for cooking. Microwave. Yea like I said it’s perfect for the working class
First and foremost, I’d like to say that the staff here are all wonderful people. Indeed the best part of my stay. Hotel pluses: - Parking is great. - Location is close enough to get to anywhere easily. - Friendly helpful staff. - Comfy bed. - TV channels are great. - Laundry room & machines are well maintained and clean. - Rooms are a nice size. - Great wifi Hotel minuses: - Dated, could use some love. - What needs to look clean does but if you want a hotel that is actually clean everywhere , this is not your place. - Carpets need a cleaning desperately, in rooms and in all hallways. - There was always a weird smell in the hallway and in my room. Given that there are kitchenettes in each room, a bit of a cooking smell is expected. But this was ALL the time and was quite sour. - The room was clean enough when I checked in, bathroom wasn’t exactly clean. The tub and toilet were still dirty, I went to the grocery store and bought some cleaning products to take care of it. I did also buy some antibacterial room spray for the carpet & curtains to help with the smell. Helped a little bit but still slept with the window open a crack. - I was there 9 nights, was told that if I wanted housekeeping to my room it was an extra charge. Honestly for $169 American a night, housekeeping should be included at least once. I know it’s hard to find staff after covid and I think I can contribute a few of the minuses to that fact. If they cleaned the carpets and gave the curtains a run through the wash on a regular basis, hired a few more staff and maybe had a few more set rules for noise after a certain time. I’d stay again but not until those things happen could I give more than two stars to this place.…
When booking this hotel we should have noticed no one had written a review in several years. Our first impression when we arrived was the hotel looked very tired and run down. We stayed because we were leaving first thing in the a.m. but we probably should have looked for an option somewhere else. While places like the bathroom were clean the hotel had a tired dirty look to it. The carpet in both the hallways and the room was badly worn and stained. It made us leery of putting things down on the floor. Repairs had been made to holes in the wall and then painted and those spots were rough at best. Pass this one by if you’re in the area.
Clean, quiet and convenient place to stay. Not in the city but close to alot of places for a good price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would good back again. Wasnt to sure about it when we first pulled in but ended up being 👌
We booked this for one night, and straight away felt like I had made a mistake. Check-in took awhile due to their slow internet, plus the lobby looked like it was also used for storage. There were many boxes behind the counter that were still there the next morning. The room was okay, but dated. The sink had most of the "granite" missing and the original porcelain was exposed. I used the phone to call the front desk and there was a lot of gunk on the face of it, I used a washcloth to dial the phone. The utensils are not in the room, so I had to call twice to get the clerk to come up deliver them. Actually, my husband was taking out some trash and saw a clerk delivering utensils to another room and he said "those should be ours" and she shrugged and said "they are not answering, so you can have them'. What service.. I would not go back until they updated and cleaned better.…
The "regular" room has a comfortable need, nice HD T.V., full size fridge, two burner stove, and microwave. They'll also provide dishes, cookware, utensils, a toaster, and a coffeemaker complete with all the coffee you want. If you want housekeeping there is a per visit charge, but you get 1 free per 7 days of your stay I believe. There are a few washing machines and dryers that all worked very well. While they do provide free Wi-Fi the speed is restricted. If you plan to watch videos, steam content, or game you'll need their premium speed which can be bought visa a 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month pass. Overall it's a nice place that's very comfortable and well run, it's just I expect a lot for them being about the same price as better places.
Extended Stay America has by far been a great stay. The rooms are clean and very spacious. They have EVERYTHING I need while being away from home. The rooms come with a stove, sink full sized fridge/freezer, pots/pans, cups, dishes, BIG bed, t.v., LAUNDRY ROOM, ECT. The staff is awsome and always happy. Chris is one of the staff members I am greeted by with a smile whenever I see him or need something. Chris is a GREAT GREAT worker. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!
I was very surprised to see a hotel with a stove top, and microwave, and a full size fridge. I had the best experience here and will be making this my future hotel for every hotel experience. I loved the fact that it felt like i never left home. This was a very private place and very comfortable to be in. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Jeremy was awsome and memorable. I am so disappointed i never knew about this hotel earlier in life.
Seems like a great deal until I checked in, no one was at front desk and took a few minutes for the gentleman to come. He was very nice and welcoming. I brought my daughter with me to front desk later and got sheets thrown at me when a young woman finally showed up with no regards that i was a guest after standing there for about 10 minutes. For free internet, i had to pay 10$ to get 'upgraded' internet as if they want you to spend the extra money. The tv was wobbling all over the place, even though it was secured and the reception was horrible. The remote did not work and was covered in dirt and grime. There were burn holes in the blankets, which its supposed to be non smoking and my room door did not close/lock properly which is a saftey concern with my child. They didnt have any extra blankets up front either when i did ask for some. I was very disappointed in this. It seems cool to have a whole kitchen in a tote until i opened it and i needed to rewash the dishes because they were still dirty and wet from prior use. For 2 nights i do not recommend this hotel. If your staying for one night, it seems appropriate. The ammendities were anything but spectacular. The best part of this stay was recieving 2 brand new pillows fresh out of the plastic bags from the overnight staff, which was the cleanest thing in the room.…
