Susan and Larry were the perfect hosts. Our room had all of the amenities we could ask for and the bathroom was huge. Susan assisted us in selecting a restaurant for dinner in Shelburne Falls and we returned the next morning so that my husband could join in an Irish music session outside of Mocha Maya's. We can't begin to...

My husband and I went up to Kenburn Orchards B&B for a quick two night trip over a weekend in June. It was a wonderful stay - the room was charming, the location is relaxing with tons of refreshing, fabulous swimming holes, the food was fantastic, and Susan and Larry were great hosts! Would definitely go back, and recommend to...

Susan and Larry are very welcoming and helpful hosts. They also served the best breakfasts we had during our time in New England. The bedroom was well-proportioned (as was the bathroom) and tastefully furnished. Everything spotlessly clean, with many nice extras.

We had a wonderful stay at Kenburn Orchards. The property is beautiful and Susan and Larry couldn't have been more welcoming. We had a snow storm that kept us in one night and they made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed some lovely company with them. I highly recommend their b & b and the area. A great...

We stayed here for 2 nights with my mother (86) who had a room on the ground floor, we were on the first floor. We were all very cosy despite the unexpected overnight snow in October! What a beautiful, peaceful home and Larry and Susan are lovely people. The rooms are very comfortable, exquisitely furnished with some lovely paintings. Everything...

Fantastic! Stayed for two nights 15/16 October. Susan and Larry are excellent and generous hosts who take delight in sharing their beautiful home with their guests. Susan takes great care in planning and preparing the delicious feast for breakfast each day (and i am sure that she is ably assisted by Larry). Better than any 5* hotel I have ever...

The restored B&B is located near picturesque Shelburne Falls. Our very comfortable room was large and the ceiling fan welcome in the hot weather. The attached full bath is Huge with a wonderful claw-foot tub. Breakfasts provide quality (clafouti on one morning) as well as quantity. Susan and Larry were helpful with tips on the best local restaurants. Larry helped...

Stayed here for one night in June as part of a 2 week east coast road trip. In total we stayed in two hotels and three B&Bs and Kenburn Orchards was our favourite accommodation. We stayed in the Isadore Pratt room which was an absolute delight - beautifully furnished and charmingly decorated. The canopy bed was gorgeous and was by...
