Upon leaving a message inquiring about accommodations, I received quite a return phone call. When I answered my phone, I was asked if "I was serious" about even calling and asking about accommodations. I was then asked in a very condescending manner if I had even read up on Kenburn Orchards, because then I would know how they "do not...

We stayed with Larry and Susan for three days at the peak of leaf season. It was as good as B&B's can be. We felt like friends when we left. The multi-coursed breakfasts alone would bring you back. It is interesting that although the nearby town of Shelburne Falls is wonderful to visit (we were there for a wedding) perhaps...

My husband and I stayed with Larry and Susan on our way up to Vermont. Sadly, it was only for one night as the quality of this lovely B&B has to be seen to be believed. We stayed in the Isadore Pratt room: it has a wonderful handmade mattress on the four poster bed which was superbly comfortable and the...

Spent the weekend before Labor Day at Kenburn Orchards Bed & Breakfast. All around "Delicious". Go simply for the breakfasts - they were superb. Multiple homemade items each morning: fresh, warm bread, applesauce, granola, lemon curd over fresh blueberries from out the backdoor, all homemade; complemented by a delicious entree. The breakfasts rivaled the excellent dinners we had in Shelbourne...

We wanted to spend a weekend with friends from where we used to live, and chose Shelburne Falls to meet, and the Kenburn Orchards B&B for where we'd stay. What a treat! Larry and Sue were great hosts. They welcome you into their home, make a wonderful, multi-course breakfast each day, know a lot about the area that they are...

This B&B was great! The rooms were lovely, the host & hostess very helpful, the breakfast was fabulous - and just kept coming! There's a great screened-in gazebo in the back of the home that has a beautiful view. You can sit and enjoy conversation there, or in the rockers on the front porch. There's also a nice common room...

What a beautiful experience this Inn is not only very charming but it is extremely clean. After traveling across the US for a three month period I must say this B&B was one of the highlights of our trip! The farm is incredible both the wild life and the blueberries were magnificent. Fresh blueberry pancakes for our first mornings stay...

My wife, I and a dear friend just got back from a delightful weekend at this tranquil B & B in Northwestern Massachusetts. The rooms are comfortably furnished, lavish breakfasts are served and the hosts, Susan & Larry, were eager to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. There are lots of acres to walk, a small pond to swim in...

My husband, myself, our two sons and their girlfriends were fortunate enough to stay for the weekend in this lovely inn. We were up for a day of rafting and spent the weekend at kenburn orachards. We had the inn to ourselves having reserved all three rooms. Our hosts were kind and gracious and made us feel very welcome in...

Kenburn Orchards is a small B&B situated on a farm about 5 miles outside Shelburne Falls. It is run by Susan and Larry who are the most charming and helpful hosts who, with their two lovely dogs make you feel at home straight away. We stayed for 3 nights in the Kenyon Yale room at the end of May 2013...
