Found this establishment by chance while out for an Autumn motorcycle ride. Very quaint. Good food. Service was just ok. We ate in the tavern and both the bartender and server were preoccupied with stocking the bar or conversing with locals. They were out of the open faced pot roast at 2:00 PM. Open faced meatloaf however was very good... More

Everything was terrible except the cold beer. Service was slow and food was horrendous! Award winning chowder? Campbell's soup was 100% better. Bratwurst special was cold kielbasa with cold sauerkraut on a roll. Prices were night for awful food. Be sure to avoid this nasty place at all costs. Keep driving'

We were very intrigued by the history of the New Boston Inn. We planned a trip for the sole purpose of eating there and staying there. The owner Barbara is such a wonderful person. Her staff are extremely friendly and very hard workers. They take very good care of there customers. The food is delicious! Kudos to the chef! wish... More

My wife and I frequent the New Boston Inn and whether we are stopping in to have a few drinks at their rustic bar or to have dinner we have never had a bad meal or a disappointing experience. Barbara the owner and chef is enthusiastic, enjoys mingling with the guests and makes you feel at home. The wait staff... More

The New Boston Inn what a let down. Me & my husband have been vising there for a couple of years now. Stop in and have either lunch or dinner. Food was always good and I'm sure it still is. We we booked a room for one night, really looking forward to this night. Plans had to change due to... More

About two months ago my husband and I stopped at New Boston Inn, as his attention was caught by their sign for "barbeque". He ordered the "barbeque" and was disappointed with it. "Barbeque" was reheated from the fridge, drenched in dark "sauce" and was not freshly prepared. I ordered fried oysters and was pleased at my dinner. No butter was... More

My husband and I had a wonderful five course Thanksgiving meal at the New Boston Inn. We drove in from Connecticut and it was well worth the trip. Barbara the cook and innkeeper really did a fantastic job preparing the meal and making us feel at home. I can't wait to come back for another great meal.

What a disappointment. Worst B&B we have ever stayed at. Breakfast consisted of entirely packaged bread and bagels. The inn keeper was not present on the first morning - another disappointed traveler told us she was in town for an event. We skipped breakfast the second morning. Our room was horrible. Dust catchers throughout the home and rooms. We paid... More

We stopped here yesterday on our way home from the outlets in Lee,Massachusetts. It was a Sunday afternoon and as we were walking in there was a small band playing on the back lawn to a few folks. We dined in, in the quaint dining room. We shared their clam chowder which was good. Their menu is small but again... More
