We used Trip Advisor to find this Inn and couldn't have been more pleased. Jen & Ted are gracious, lovely hosts; shout out to Barb too. The Inn is well appointed and comfortable. Breakfasts (we enjoyed 3) are yummy and photo-worthy, although we dug in, not taking the time to snap any pix. The porch is welcoming and a perfect...

Everything exceeded expectations! Beautiful inn, huge, immaculately clean room, great breakfast, and most of all super friendly hosts. Ted and Jen always greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to have us in their home. The inn is a 5 minute stroll to Bearskin Neck, the Shalin Liu Center and many shops and restaurants. You can't do any...

Our visit to Rockport couldn't have been any better! We spent four nights at the Addison Choate Inn - in Margot's room which was perfect because it could be separated into twin beds. The Inn is very lovely and immaculate with very gracious hosts - Jen and Ted (who fix a delicious breakfast!). The Inn is very convenient for walking...

We stayed in Rockport for three days. We had the captains room which is a nice room with enough space and separate entrance. The inn has a nice lounge and a verandah. The hosts are very hospitable. Breakfast is good.

The Addison Choate Inn has a good location, just a short walk from town. Our room was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. It was one of two at the top of some very steep stairs which could be a problem for some travelers or anyone with a heavy suitcase. Other rooms are available with more normal staircases and there is...

As guests for 4 nights, Jen and Ted went out of their way to help us with recommendations for sight seeing; excellent meals with a variety of restaurants within walking distance in town; and stylish, boutique shops and art galleries also in town. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, large bathroom and ample clothes closet. Very good air...

The Addison Choate is a great choice for your getaway to Rockport and surrounding towns. Jen & Ted were wonderful hosts. Our room was the Captain's room on the first floor. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and private. There was free WiFi, a refrigerator, flat screen TV and air conditioning. We enjoyed gourmet breakfasts that were creative and beautifully...

If you're looking for the comfort and personal attention of a B&B as well as the amenities usually offered by high end inns and motels, this is your destination. Located within a short walk of the waterfront with its shops and restaurants, and close to the natural attractions of this small seaport town, the Addison Choate is a small treasure....

I stayed at the Addison Choate Inn for 4 days after Labor Day. The innkeepers, Jen and Ted, were gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfasts were all delicious, with portions that were just right--not too small, not too big. And the conversation around the breakfast table was always stimulating and interesting. I especially enjoyed the reading room, with 2 reading...

We had a wonderful experience at the Inn. Jen and Ted were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and charming and we had a view of rooftops and the ocean. Breakfast was tasty and just the right portion. We would highly recommend Addison Choate to other travellers. Scott and Karin
