My wife and I stayed at this b&b on Valentine's weekend, for a little getaway. The establishment is immaculately decorated, the rooms are spacious and feel like home, and the water views are quite nice. The proprietor of the inn goes above and beyond in making guests feel welcome, providing local information, and a delicious breakfast. The location is quite...

We had an amazing time at Beach & King Inn. The inn keeper, Dennis, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. He helped us plan our days, what to see, where to go, how to get there, where to eat, where live music was playing, etc. He is also a very fascinating individual to chit chat with. We also love Rockport, MA!...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of a New England trip and absolutely loved the location of this place. It was a short walk to downtown Rockport (such as it is) where we toured art galleries and watched the dogs playing on the beach. By far and away, the best feature about this place...

We spent 9 nights at the Beach and King Street Inn and it proved the perfect antidote after 5 hectic days in New York. The accomodation, facilites and breakfasts at the B&B were great and Rockport was an ideal centre for visiting the surrounding area as well as being a very pretty fishing village in its own right. We would...

Words can't describe what a wonderful, relaxing time we had. My husband and I are already planning on returning with friends. The Inn is wonderful and Rockport is fantastic! One of the best mini vacations we've ever had. Thanks Laurie & Tim.

We have stayed in a number of places in Rockport, all of them good. However, the Beach and King Street Inn is our favorite. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were very good. Great beds! The common areas (dining, living room, wonderful front porch with rocking chairs) are comfortable and welcoming. The location is unbeatable -- a...

Our trip to Rockport followed a four day visit to Chicago celebrating our anniversary. Beach & King was the perfect relaxing way to ease back into the return home. The hosts were most welcoming and helpful in recommending restaurants and directions. The room had a beautiful view of the water and beach below. The "continental breakfast" turned out to be...

This was our first time at this lovely inn. Breakfast each day was fabulous with our favorite of french toast casserole (heavenly!) Beautiful accomodations with the most comfortable bed ever and wonderful friendly but non-intrusive hosts. Location terrific too right across from beach and near to center of town. Sit awhile on the relaxing porch and read or just pass...

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend end of May. Here is my synopsis: - Inn Keepers were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. - Bedrooms and common areas were very clean and hospitable. - Location is superb. It is quiet, yet close to everything. It's right on the beach and overlooking the entire city of Rockport. - We had...
