The room and grounds were spotless! The staff especially Nancy were helpful and went above and beyond to make my daughter’s Birthday special .There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had such a wonderful experience and will be back for sure .
OMG!!!! The staff at The Holiday Day Express was AWESOME, AMAZING, and truly appreciated... Nancy was informative, and kind. She needs to train everyone to conduct customer service just like her... Mr. Amine, the general manager was also kind and understanding... I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs accommodations in Boston. It's worth it.... 🙂🤩
The manager is Ahmeen is not professional and lacks customer service skills. This hotel has held up $150 of my money. They charged fees twice on my card. Beware staying here they don’t take accountability for their mistakes and the staff I are unprofessional. All my years of traveling and going to hotels I have never had this kind of experience. I would never stay here again.
Amine the manager was phenomenal. he went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed and we ended up extending our stay 2 more weeks until our new house was ready. Breakfast was so delicious my kids ended up eating there every morning knowing my kids, they usually hate hotel food. Housekeeping didn't speak English but made an effort to understand my wife and took care of all our requests. one of them even used her phone to translate what we were saying to her.
The room was new, spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. It was only surpassed by an employee named Nancy, who I came to believe was a robot. Due to a shortage of employees she was always there at the front desk, from the morning well into the night. And somehow she managed to remain a pleasant person no matter how exhausted she must have been.
I travel a lot, locally and internationally. In the most recent 40 days, I travelled to 26 US cities, stayed in 22 IHG hotels which includes a HCIV resort. This hotel is one I am most impressived with and very happy to stay at. I do not look to be fully satisfied by all aspects of each stay. One role that makes up any slack in any aspect, and makes a BIG difference of my stay is the attentiveness of the manager of the establiashment. A quality manager also sets the tone and level of services for his/her staff. Nancy Hernenandez is doing a world-class job in this hotel! Congrat!
The best place to enjoy your weekend around Boston Massachusetts, great restaurants around, movie etc , great customer service at front desk, friendly service, all the rooms are new , with beautiful views…
Just want to go on the record and say that out stay was great. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was perfect. The hotel manager, Nancy was a blessing. She was so personable and kind. Prior to COVID, I traveled a lot for work and can’t remember a more hospitable staff. Thank you Nancy!
Stayed for 3 nights in a suite while visiting our new grandson. Room and all common areas were super clean! Staff, especially the Director, was a pleasure to speak with. Very attentive to any requests or needs! Hot breakfast was nice. Large TV in the room. Stay was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
We had a 4 day stay and the staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We travelled from Fl and stayed at to previous hotels. This was the best so far. Our room was clean, breakfast was good and followed COVID guidelines to a T. Highly recommend this motel!
