If you are looking for a place for a small retreat for students or staff, the John Randall House is it. The location is close to everything but still far enough away for quiet and relaxation. Excellent staff. Don was a wonderful host. Everyone really loved their stay. And the price was excellent. Highly recommend to others and can't wait...

I stayed two nights, Oct 16-18 2015 and have next to no complaints. The rates were reasonable. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I was hesitant about a shared bathroom, but the facility was kept immaculate and the other guests were respectful so that worked out fine. The common areas were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor sitting...

A very pleasant off-season escape in Provincetown . Our hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. We too experienced the squeaky bed on our first night, but our hosts switched out the culprit box spring immediately and all was well for our second night! Location was super convenient enabling us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was more than adequate and the homemade...

Our room was comfortable though cigarette smoke from outside drifted into the room from people sitting and smoking which was unpleasant. Bed was comfortable but noisy! Bathroom cute and little as mentioned. HOT water! Staff were all friendly and helpful with suggestions. We didn't like the breakfast but opted for elsewhere which was easy.

No lavish opulence but super clean and fully functional. (the bed was noisy though). The staff could not have been more accommodating. Great location near the center of town. I'll admit I'm not an epicure, but I found the breakfast fresh and just fine.

The host was sweet, and the room was fine. The bed was cumfy, but super squeeky. Cute little bathroom. The location is perfect, just 3 min walk to the main street with great cocktail bars, restaurants and shops, and also to the sea. Being jetlagged we walked to the beach to see the sunrise, DO recommend that! For an inn/b&b...

Super clean and friendly hosts, couldn't have asked for more hospitality. Don and Tim were always on hand to help and provide recommendations - Super chilled stay, initially was concerned about the shared bathrooms but this was no issue at all.

Tim, Don and Patrick made our stay so enjoyable at this fantastic B&B. Each morning we were treated to a nice continental breakfast and had opportunity to chat with other guests. The place is immaculate and incredibly charming! Our room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. Old world charm with all modern amenities. And best of all our hosts...

Room was simple but good. Overall it was a small room but had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge. The wifi worked well. The rooms were quiet so we did not hear any noise from the hall. The window AC worked well and probably helped mask any noise from the hall. No complaints. Would recommend. Great location. Very nice hosts.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In the thick of downtown Provincetown, just one block off Commercial Street, The John Randall House delivers a boutique experience in the heart of Cape Cod. Part art gallery, part bed and breakfast, this Victorian-style inn features contemporary paintings by local and national artists alongside stylish furnishings. What really sets this hilltop inn apart is its newly installed outdoor deck with views of the tallest all-granite structure in the United States, the Provincetown Monument, which commemorates the history of the Mayflower Pilgrims. Each of the ten rooms is equipped with a queen bed, cable TV, a refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Stroll down to the veranda in the morning for a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh seasonal fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, and juices. (Twice a week, guests are treated to made-to-order waffles.) Once you've eaten your fill, head out to see Provincetown's finest features-what Lonely Planet describes as "untamed coastline and vast beaches" begging to be explored. ... more   less
