What is truly amazing is how big the Inn is in such a compact area. I felt a little cramped in the bedroom but a spacious bathroom with skylight over the Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Meandering around the grounds reminded me of being in a New Orleans courtyard. The grounds are lovely and well taken care of. I...

Crowne Pointe Inn and it's sister The Brass Key Inn both have excellent reputations. We loved the charm of the Crowne Point inn , friendly staff, pretty grounds, exceelent free tasty breakfast, walking distance to town just a block! An dnext to the beautifu lPilgrim Monument. We were there the end of September 2010, and were under the impression there...

Provincetown is a busy, funky place with an eclectic mix of visitors and residents trolling Commercial Street for food, parties, art and tee shirts (and lots of dog accesories). It's a fun place, but Crowne Pointe is like a little oasis just a block away from Commercial street. Unfortunately, the cost of this Inn and the 3 night weekend minimum...

Service at the hotel was wonderful, room was lovely, clean and very cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfy. We ate both nights in the restaurant and it was fabulous. Only problem was the extremely painful massage I received. I have black and blues on my back.

The unexpected death of my father-in-law on 8/17 meant my partner and I had to cancel our 8/21-8/28 vacation at The Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa in Provincetown, MA. After emailing a copy of the death certificate to the owner (Thomas J. Walter) and requesting our deposit be applied to a future stay, we were told we would lose...

While we feel terrible when guests have emergency or tragic events in their lives we at the end of the day need to run a business. Guests are informed of our cancellation policies and are told to take out trip insurance which is actually very affordable. The guests cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. We were unable to re-rent the...

Well, with all of the reviews and hype we were really excited about staying here with our dogs....until we arrived and checked into our room. They call themselves a dog friendly hotel, but our dogs were confined to the room only. They were not allowed in the pool area or common areas. We had a direct line from the parking...

While we are happy to welcome pets we also need to be considerate of guests that do not have pets with them. Our pet friendly room has a large outdoor porch area and direct outside entrance that is perfect for our furry friends. Not allowing pets by the pool is simply to be respectful of our other guests who do...

Wow wow wow! I had an incredible time at the Crowne Pointe Inn. The location is incredible -- a short walk from Commercial Street and all the shops, just around the corner from the beach, and next door to a bike rental place where you can rent bikes to take on a trail around the sand dunes. The hotel is...

Have stayed in many guest houses in ptown, but never at the Crowne Pointe. Booked 8 nights for vacation and was looking for some relaxation and pampering. We drove 7 hours to arrive in ptown at 4PM - just past check in time. The hotel is situated along a very busy road, however the internal portion of the yard is...
