The Prince Albert so much to offer with it's in town location, views of the water and impeccable accommodations. The staff immediately welcomes you in and makes you feel like you are the only guest they have. Even Shelby, their golden retriever gives you the feeling that you belong. Just a stroll to all Provincetown has to offer is only...

(Boo) It really is the best location in town for viewing the costumes and crowds all day! It's quiet at night and just so warm and welcoming. The other guests were a bonus too. I felt like we were all old friends.

Having decided to return for another Halloween in Provincetown, I was thrilled when a room became available at the Prince Albert. As with previous stays there, it was in close proximity to the Boatslip and other activities during the night. The rooms are clean, each has its own bathroom, and the owners are the most welcoming people! It feels like...

The Prince Albert is on of the nicest bed and breakfasts I've ever stayed at. Great location. Beautiful room and a wonderful staff. Can't wait to go back next October. My room was spacious, had my own balcony overlooking the courtyard. Comfortable bed!

I have stayed 3 times at the Prince Albert in the past two seasons. Super clean, perfectly maintained as the owners live on premises and are there to patiently and with a smile answer all your questions and give suggestions about Ptown. Very comfortable. Perfectly located near Joe's coffee and the Boatslip and Ptown Massage and Cafe Heaven. Love the...

Spent a lovely 5 nights here in room 4 on the second floor front with a view of the water and a private bath. The bed was very comfortable and the room had individual heating/AC, large flat screen TV, and a mini fridge. Tasty breakfast each morning with a good variety of foods including delicious homemade carrot cake muffins. Charming...

Arguably the best accommodations in town. Close to the center of town and the waterfront, yet just removed from the busiest part of the main street to be an ideal place for relaxation. Bob, Stephen, and Shelby are wonderful hosts.

PAGH is a very nice little BB. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable; and in a great location on the same street as restaurants and little boutiques. The friendly hosts very kindly upgraded us into a bigger room upon our arrival. The ensuite bathroom inside the room was well constructed and nice to have. (note that not all B&Bs have...

This is the best you'll find with great rooms, fine appointments, daily room servicing and attentive host. We have stayed here for manny years and it's always the same great experience. The house is well positioned for good harbor views and well located on Commercial for center of town.
