Lynn and Sarah are friendly and warm without being intrusive. The breakfasts are excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable and it is close to the middle of town without the noise of town. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

The perfect place for a single or couple to relax while still being close to the sights and sounds of Commercial Street. Lynn and Sarah are the consummate hosts and Brads breakfast muffins are beyond compare. The rooms are comfortable and inviting. Pack your bags, head to Heritage House and enjoy a cocktail on the veranda while gazing at the... More

We have been going to the Heritage House for six years now and we would never think to stay anywhere else in town. We feel like we are going to our second home when we go to the Heritage House. The owners are gracious and very welcoming upon arrival. We stay in the same room every year and love it!!!... More

Heritage House was quite lovely- The very generous size room and the Air conditioning made the room feel better than home- There was a veranda with chairs to share a drink on and people watch and even catch a glimpse of the ocean- Lynn was around every morning to talk to and discuss everything that we could possibly want to... We have been coming to stay at the Heritage House for 5 years now. Lynn and Sarah have a keen instinct as women innkeepers. The location and setting is perfect ! While you hear the occasional horns from the ships in the ocean you do not hear the night come to life on Comercial Street. Everything is within walking distance.... More

Some places just have "it". Some times, you are lucky enough to stay somewhere that makes you feel like you are the best guest they've ever had. Heritage House definitely does that. And then some! From the wonderful freshly baked muffins in the morning and the great coffee (none of your brown watery stuff !), to the interesting breakfast conversations... More

The Heritage House is right in the middle of the Commercial St. but a block in eliminating any noise. Parking- bike racks and a sunny yellow exterior- You can tell that the owners really care about the community. Breakfast every morning was great and really a great way to start the day - discussing the day's plans with Lynn and... More

We stayed at the Heritage House for a week, and although I was a little leery at 1st about the whole P-Town vacation, I absolutely LOVED it! Sarah and Lynn are great.... they make everyone feel right at home, and it was enjoyable to mingle and to be able to share sightseeing and tourist information over the delicious breakfast. The...
