This is a hidden gem. Epic views from the waterview unit porches and a kind staff. About a 20 minute walk to town with shorter walks to markets and restaurants in the East end. I could hang out on that porch forever on a sunny day.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Watermark Inn. Polly was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in Unit 2 which was clean and comfortable. The shared deck overlooking the bay was spectacular! It was a treat starting each morning looking out over the bay. Would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Ptown!

I booked the Watermark because, after calling several places in town that were either a bit rude, booked, or required a minimum stay, I called the Watermark and none of these were the case. The owner was so friendly on the phone I didn't even hesitate to book right then! They sent my confirmation in the mail the next week....

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this venue....extremely neat, clean, full stocked kitchenette area with two burner cook top, dishwasher, etc. Some things were a bit tired, cracked (tiled bathroom floor), but the view from the deck and the sparkling clean white lounge area were spectacular. Set directly on the beach located on the inner bay, you'll hear...

My husband and I have come to the Watermark Inn since the 90's. We love suites #4 and #7 with panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and P'town. It was the first weekend that it hadn't snowed since January, and the sun was brightly shining. In fact, even though it was only 8 degrees out, we had to open the...

When you stay at this place, it is like a boat... view is awesome , colors are incredible and the apartment hotel in watermark is really nice, clean...perfect. People are so lovely. For me and my family is the best place in Provincetown and the one.

The inn is right on Cape Cod Bay in P town. The views are spectacular. The main living area open and full of light. Just be aware, there is no air conditioning. It is clean but needs renovations. Needs new appliances, paint and general repairs. However, the balcony and views overshadowed the need for updating. Close enough to walk to...

If you're used to seaside houses, the slightly rusting, aged feel of this pleasant 'inn' on the waterfront is for you. Quiet and acceptable for an overnight in P'town. Clean double room upstairs (suite 6) with a sideways view of the bay. Friendly and helpful owner, who seems to disappear - there is no sense of a 'desk'.

Loved our stay at the Watermark. The location is great as it is walking distance to the town and its numerous very good restaurants (Mews, Lobster Pot, Napi, etc. - the choice is yours!). The low and high tides from our room were spectacular, at high tide, we felt as we were on a ship! Our suite was very nice,...

Our stay at the Watermark Inn was perfect. We had to walk only a few steps from our doorway to the shoreline--a beautiful sandy beach. The suite was comfortable, clean, and furnished with everything we needed (including lovely artwork). Wish we could have stayed longer!

“Some of the rooms have lofts, handy for kids if you got 'em. Leave your street side windows open during the day as the sunlight off the bay heats the rooms up.”
