We just finished a wonderful stay at the Inn on Cook Street and I'm pleased to recommend it to fellow travelers to Provincetown. The owners, John and Patrick, could not have been nice or more accommodating, and we really enjoyed our visit. The Inn is located on a side street towards the quieter end of Commercial Street, which was nice...

My friends and I booked the Koi Cottage over Fourth of July and it couldn't have been more perfect. The cottage was adorable and fit my two friends and I very comfortably. John and Patrick welcome you and make you feel like you are staying with family. They give great recommendations on things to do and places to eat around...

Breakfasts were outstanding with our hosts and chef making...

The hotel-highlight on our 3-weeks-vacation-tour was no doubt The Inn at the Cook a few steps away from the Commercial Street and the many Galleries! The owners John Jay and Patrick are wonderful hosts and they anticipate your every wish. Before we could say a word, they asked, if they can give us any recommendations for restaurants or sightseeing-tours etc.....

My mom and I came to Ptown for the first time and I stumbled upon this place to stay. I was hesitant since it was my first time staying in a B&B and didn't know what to expect. Well let's just say Patrick and John Jay set the bar so high, it's unlikely anyone could impress me as much as...

I have stayed at many establishments on the Cape and in Provincetown over the past 20 years and I must now say I have finally found the one worth returning to! A very important part of any vacation is how one is treated by those in the Hotel and Dining industry. Innkeepers Pat and John Jay have created an atmosphere...
