HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Inn at Cook Street. It’s close proximity to Provincetown’s Commercial Street, their attention to detail to provide you the most relaxing and enjoyable stay are beyond compare. Andrew’s breakfasts were a great way to start one’s day. Most importantly, it is my interaction with people, the discussions I had with the hosts (Patrick and...

We stayed at the Inn at Cook Street for our first time; but we must say, the first of many many more. It was so FABULOUS...NOTHING could have been better. From the warmth of the innkeepers John Jay & Patrick; to every little detail in our room and breakfast. We felt so at home and relaxed. Inherited new family friends!!...

I have been vacationing in Provincetown for many years and have stayed at multiple guest houses over those years -- The Inn at Cook Street was hands down the best experience to date. Between the beautifully decorated guest rooms, the impeccable gardens and decks to relax on, the amenities are plentiful. Each morning a hot breakfast was individually prepared for us...

The Inn at Cook Street is a friendly and very attractive guesthouse. The room was beautiful and beyond our expectations. Pat and John are great hosts and the attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this guesthouse and we will be returning on our next P-town trip.

We visited the Inn at Cook Street again this year. We have stayed at the Inn at Cook Street many times. The owners, John and Patrick are fabulous hosts. They took care of every detail of our stay, and the breakfasts are extra special. They include a daily special which is made to order, and an assortment of freshly baked...

The Inn at Cook Street is wonderful. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, the decks equipped with large, comfortable, padded lounge chairs and the owners incredibly kind. The location is supurb--close enough to the action without being in the heart of it.

We had made travel arrangements before making lodging decisions. Was unaware of minimum stay requirements in high season. Contacted the owners, who pleasantly agreed to accomodate us, should have been the first indication of the exemplary degree our hosts attend to make guests comfortable. A great sense of attention is in play. I've stayed in a few b&b's and guest...

My partner and I returned for our 6th consecutive visit to the Inn and as in past years, it consistently remains first rate. This is the 2nd year of John's and Patrick's ownership and the improvements they've made since last year are evident - new brick walkways, new grass in the backyard, new plantings all around and freshly painted rooms....

We just spent a wonderful night at The Inn at Cook Street. We are frequent visitors to P'town and have stayed in many of its terrific inns. Though it is hard to go wrong with most of them, the Inn at Cook Street is exceptional. Starting with John and Patrick, the owners, they are delightful and full of interesting information...
