If you want to be a short distance away from the busy part of town, directly on the sea, and attached to the best food that Provincetown offers, this is your place. Small inn with less than 10 rooms. Fantastic lodging. Attentive staff. One of the best P Town experiences.

Fabulous as we sat over the water. 6 guest and all raved about their meal. I had scallops with noodles along with spicy white sauce. The salad with beets were terrific. The wait staff were right there to help with anything you needed. They even shared with us the number of years they had worked at this location. There is...

Best restaurant in Provincetown, albeit pricy. We spent three hours over a leisurely dinner, enjoying the excellent food (pepper crusted filet mignon melted like butter), great wine and superb views of the harbour and its magnificent light as the sun set. The congenial three treated three adults and our three children with warmth and attentiveness. We tried booking a party...

We decided to have a cocktail with a view. It was very busy but service was fine. We were able to sit outdoors and enjoy our espresso martinis. I always stop here for a cocktail when I'm in Provincetown.

This place is a must see and sits literally on the water! In addition to the amazing view, food, drinks, and service were spectacular! The filet mignon was as good as it gets and a couple drinks on the deck before dinner was a great idea. I would highly recommend going here when in Provincetown.

A beautiful & superbly run small hotel. I stayed for the 5-night seasonal minimum & wish I could've stayed longer. The staff I most enjoyed--Patrick, Tom, Dave (& Marilyn at breakfast)--couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Every recommendation they made was perfect--from the best place to buy wine or have dinner or get a takeout sandwich, or whether to...

We stopped here for late afternoon drinks....sitting out on the porch with a fabulous view of the ocean. It is on the quieter side of P-Town and great location for friends and drinks. We have also had dinner here....but honestly enjoy the drinks and apps more.

We loved the Red Inn dinner experience. We were staying in the middle of Commercial Street and loved the 15 minute walk to the Inn past beautiful homes. The Inn is beautifully landscaped and situated on the water. The building is an amazing old building with tons of charm. We chose to sit at the bar and found 2 seats...

The Red Inn is a longtime favorite of many people, a quintessential Cape Cod lodging. This was our first time to stay there, after all these years of visiting Provincetown. The staff was wonderful, friendly and professional both. The location, at the west end of town, right on the water, is incomparable (although a bit of a hike to walk...

While you are in what should be the serene, oceanfront of the West End of Provincetown, getting to sleep and staying asleep is a challenge with the noise of the restaurant and then the cleaning (with significant banging) that goes on past midnight. Be sure to bring earplugs or choose another alternative lodging. The room was quaint, well decorated with...
