We visited PTown for the first time in over 20 years and spent our 2 nights at the Sage Inn and Lounge. We loved it! Having taken the ferry from Boston, it was an easy 2 block walk for us from the pier. After receiving a friendly welcome, we checked out our room which was very clean and fresh -...

Hello keeley1226, Wells, Maine is a beautiful town so I guess I can forgive you for taking 20 years to get back to Ptown. We’re glad you did and we appreciate the fact you chose Sage. We were not here 20 years ago, so you took that leap of faith. The leap that says,” I hope this is a good...

I have stayed at my share of inns/hotels in P-town, but the Sage Inn & Lounge was by far the best place to stay at. Sage Inn & Lounge is conveniently located to downtown Commercial St. At check-in the staff was very helpful and the process was very efficient. Right away you notice the inn was very clean and our...

Dear 633yvettew, Thanks so much for these 5 stars! I’ll take every one of them with pride. I see that you discovered our staff is key. Except for our location, which our staff did not have a hand in, all your positive experiences were due to them. As my mother used to say, “Your room will not clean itself!” Speaking...

We spent two days great in your hotel and I want to give special words to the hostess at the reception who was so kind, efficient and welcoming. Thanks to her we succeeded to leave by boat without paying news tickets. She will understand. Very good place to stay. I recommend it

Dear veroniqueboston, Bonjour! I know exactly who you are referencing in your review when you speak of the hostess at the front desk. She is our Inn manager, Bethann. And yes, she is kind, efficient and welcoming. She brings those qualities to Sage every day, quite naturally and I’m very glad that you had the good fortune to experience them....

Starting with Diane helping us in the front doors to Bethann's warm welcome and efficient check in, our trip was perfect. Sage Inn is located in the heart of town. We walked all over and enjoyed the shops and eateries. Bethann sent us over to the cute bike rental shop behind Sage on Bradford where we rented perfect brand new...

Hello SoCalProud, I’m pretty sure that’s not your real name but I get the “Southern California Proud”. We feel the same way here in P-town. You pretty much captured it all…. Shops, food, nature, biking and Bethann! Bethann is our Inn Manager so your successful visit was her doing. You mentioned our Food Boutique. Each May and December, we host,...

The Sage Inn is an awesome place to stay in Provincetown. I would recommend it to anyone! The staff and the owners are the best! Very friendly and accommodating! The inn was immaculate and clean! The owners, Diane and Jeanne, would sit in the lounge area and visit with all the guests! I have never stayed in a hotel where...

Dear Deborahp932, So, just WHEN will we see you again??? Jeanne and I did not start our careers in the hospitality business. We came to it late. Why? Now that another story but let’s just say, that it is guests like you that keep us here. It is true that we love to sit in the lounge and talk with...

We stayed at the Sage Inn for two nights for a wedding in Provincetown. The hotel is very well located 100ft away from commercial street! It is very clean, very welcoming boutique hotel. There is a sense of relaxation and quietness during the day as well as happy hour in the evening with the bar area open. The Staff is...

Dear Hioum, Sometimes when I read a review, I get an image in my head. That happened when I read yours. Provincetown can be anything you want it to be… wild and crazy, or stunningly beautiful and relaxing…. all at the same time. We are so fortunate to be able to offer both experiences to our guests. Step out the...

We could not have been happier with our room and the staff at the Sage. The room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Beth Ann was particularly helpful when asking about a reservation, parking, the community, etc. We also could not have had a better meal. It's not often to be completely satisfied. We were.

Dear snydrpa, How many ways can I say “thank you” for taking the time to write such a wonderful review? Here at Sage, we have what no other place in the world has and that is Bethann and Lucio. A lovely independent hotel, in a wonderful position and run by the nicest people. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back at some point, hopefully during the summer months. Hello cabmw, 5 stars! Thank you so much. Your bicycle themed suite was actually designed as a tribute to the thousands of people who have participated in the Pan Mass Challenge which happens every year in August. Final destination…Provincetown. Last year alone, 45 million dollars were raised by cyclists to beat cancer. We are always looking for added value for...

The Sage Inn was a great getaway, but it would have been nice to know that the lounge is not open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's in the off season.
