Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities: on site bar, complimentary continental breakfast, lounge chair and beach towel by the pool, as well as entrance to the Tea Dance. And conveniently located to the many activities, shops, docks, and restaurants. It is a bit pricey, but so is most lodging during high season in P-town.

I have stayed at this place when it was known as The Boatslip Beach Club. Am friends with the former owners and staff. Excellent location on the main drag. The DJ for Tea Dance is one of the best! AS for the rest I have fond memories of the place.

Great location right on the water. Enornmous patio that resembles the New Jersey Boardwalk over lookiing the bay. The beds were confortable and the rooms were clean. This was the second time we have stayed there and will stay there in the future.

Great location in downtown PTown. Right on Commercial Blvd and all the happenings. The staff is so over the top committed to offering great customer service. I recommend, I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back. Don't miss the solid gold dance nights. Complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee were a great start to the day.

This is my third time in 7 years to return to the Boatslip and I've had enough. The rooms are a bit above a HOJO, the bathroom so small you can't sit down on the toilet without swinging your leg around a wall, the tub is too big for the bathroom, and it's just right down nasty. The first time...

Great location with on-site parking included(rare in Ptown), very clean, good-sized rooms with newly renovated bathroom & comfortable beds, huge deck on the bay, nice pool - we got a last-minute reservation for two nights and had such an enjoyable stay that we extended for one more. The manager offered us an upgraded room for the same price(our room was...

Tea dance could be fun without a dozen sour guards lurking and yawning. We know it's a summer job but at least make believe you like being there. Bartenders were very friendly. Cover at $10 is excessive. Nice deck and view of water Make the location venerable. And have you heard of a Square. Take credit cards for goodness sakes.

We stayed here fo a long weekend because pretty much everywhere else had a 1-week minimum stay. The rooms were average size and comfortable, but pretty standard. Our room had a mini-fridge, a small deck overlooking the harbor, and A/C. The breakfast consists of yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, muffins, and other pastries and is served until 11am which is nice...
