Stayed at the Lotus, which is so close to the pier. The hospitality was wonderful, the room cute and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

We were so happy with our short stay at Lotus. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our en-suite room had everything you would need including some very welcoming touches, and compared very well to a London-style boutique hotel room with added benefit of air-con. Being from the UK we didn't think it was at all small and we... More

Greg greeted us with a wonderful welcome an directed us to where to park our car. Our room was small but had all the bells and whistles. We shared the bathroom with two others rooms. Everyone was clean and respectful. We were very happy with the location of the guest house right in the middle of P-Town scene. A great... More

Staff was great, room (with a balcony) was nice, other room was nice, but smaller. Both were very clean. Outside areas peaceful. Breakfast was nice. Staff gave good recommendations. Beach chairs, umbrellas were a plus. Location was right on Commercial Street.

I stayed for only one night during the week in July with my mom. The guest house was a bit hard to find, we ended up walking by it at first but it's a great location, a very short walk from the ferry, it's just that the entrance is in an alley so you must look for the address carefully.... More

We had a great stay at this B&B last week. We had one of the two bedroom suites which had two bedrooms linked together with one bathroom (no common area). The rooms were updated and clean. The best part of this B&B is that you are in your room within 8-10 minutes of arriving on the ferry. The location is great... More

We booked Room 25 ( "the balcony room" ) at the Lotus and could not be more pleased . Right from the first moment of contact the staff ( Sean, Greg, a lovely woman from Denmark - sorry I've forgotten your name , and Frank ) treated us with extreme helpfulness, kindness and respect . No kidding , a true... More
