A family favorite...feels like New Hampshire but is close to Boston (one hour)...Clean, not a lot of bugs (they might spray? but I don't care) old-fashioned country store....pretty grounds....rustic. I've stayed at the campsites and also rented the cottage.

Pinewood Lodge is nestled in amount tall, tall pine trees. The camp site was flat and large. Nice fire pits, they even brought us fire wood! The lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed our 3 days at this camp ground. I almost expected to find...More
