We love the Narraganset. We've stayed twice and it's our favorite on the vineyard. Book early to get the room you want. Jane is very helpful and friendly. A very short walk to circuit st, the beach or the waterfront. Great location. We've stayed elsewhere in oak bluffs and this is our favorite. Highly recommend.

On the website this hotel looks very charming and authentic for the area which indeed from the outside it is, although it does slightly resemble somewhere the Adams family may spend their summer! If you have mobility issues this place is certainly not for you and trying to get our cases up the narrow rickety staircase was an adventure! The...

My Husband and I stayed in the Narragansett house from Sep 24, to 27 , 2015 . We loved it. We have never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and we weren't sure how we felt about staying in someone's house but it turned out to be wonderful. We had are own entrance to are room from the outside...

We stayed in the Iroquois Cottage across the street that is managed by the same people. The house is adorable and is neatly kept. Each room had it's own balcony, which was lovely for enjoying morning coffee. Jane and Lucy were very helpful in offering recommendations and getting us set up. Fresh coffee, tea, orange juice and pastries were provided...

I only hesitate to share this review because I'd like it to remain my little secret. But that wont happen so here goes - great house, wonderful hostess, beautiful street. The porch is a great hangout to drink a glass of wine and watch people walk by. Friendly, spotlessly clean and easy going. The room we had was small and...

Just spent three nights in the Iroquois House. Upgraded room with a balcony. Roomy, high ceilings. Beautiful woodwork. Great OB location half a block from all Circuit Ave has to offer. Jane, the Innkeeper, was wonderful from reservation to checkout. Pretty much as advertised. The only negative-breakfast is very basic and not at the level of most other b&b's at...

I have stayed here for many years. We stayed at their Irioquoi Cottage this time and truly loved it. Owners Jane & Paul make you feel welcomed the minute you arrive. The rooms are wonderfully decorated, and the morning continental breakfast is a great treat. You also could not ask for a better location. You can walk to shops and...

We recently stayed at the Narragansett House and loved it. The location is amazing, it was a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The inn keeper, Jane, was always very welcoming and friendly. Overall, the Narragansett House was an amazing experience and we would go back in a heart beat. The room was a little warm ,...

Can't beat the location. You could walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The bus stop was also close by. The room was small but very comfortable. It didn't have AC so it was warm during the day but at night there was a nice breeze and it cooled right down. We were never in the room during the...

Great location for this wonderfully kept B&B in Oak Bluffs. It is a 2 minute walk to the center of Oak Bluffs and to the public bus departure locations. 7-10 minute walk from the ferry. Jane is the owner and greeted us with open arms the day we arrived for our 4 day stay. She gave us great tips on...
