A 150 year old guest house sits majestically on the bay with bars, food, and people watching on the street below. The weekend brings a host of yachts and boats which also give visitors a great people watching show. The rooms are tiny, the bathrooms are shared, but there is no doubt at the age of this giant house. Lots...

Yes,it's a treasure of a place. A bit sad the prices have gone up quite a bit even off season (still the best bargain on the island)! In high season, the stampede above you (ie., if you're not on the top floor) is impressive. Very nice, they now have a fridge in the lobby and some snacks as well. Unfortunately, now,MV is doing...

I have stayed here twice so far. once on the third floor overlooking the donut shop and again last fall with friends visiting from Seattle Washington and one from Rhode Island. It was so much fun being right in the middle of everything. It is a block (small block, lol) from the main street with all the shopping. look to...

This building is approx 150 years old. We stayed late April - low season. Beautiful compact rooms. Pretty touches made it feel really special. Both the rooms & the bathrooms (shared) were spotlessly clean. As we were staying low season there were very few guests so noise from other rooms was not an issue. I would imagine that in the...

We had such an amazing time on our vacation and the Nashua House (as our last hotel) did not disappoint. We had such a beautiful room with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was nice to wake up to see the ocean...even though it was snowing the morning we departed! Thank you to the lovely owners. We had a...

I stay here several times a year and the staff is always pleasant, the hotel is impressively cleaned. Quaint and comfy and you will not find a better price anywhere on the island. I love being so close the everything that I can easily walk anyplace I want to be.

We stayed here last June. Let me start by saying June is beautiful on Marthas Vineyard because it's usually slightly less crowded and room rates are mostly still lower than the summer months. Nashua house is located right in downtown oak bluffs which means you can walk to everything very quickly including the bus. We loved the friendly staff at...

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. Extremely clean. Charmingly quaint and cozy, with a surprisingly comfortable bed (we slept just fine on the double bed... Despite our apprehension that we might find it too small...). I cannot say enough about the COOKIES! Impressive selection of coffees available 24/7, and centrally located in the picturesque town of Oak Bluffs....

Neither of us ever thought we would get to Martha's Vineyard let alone find somewhere to stay that was priced so reasonably in a great location and offered so much. Rooms are exactly as advertised, clean and well maintained. From check in to check out nothing is too much trouble and we appreciated recommendations for dining/drinking and help with ferry...

Terrific service, clean and good value.....always try to stay here when on island. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on Martha's Vineyard. Location is central to Oak Bluffs and rooms are very nice. Sharing bathrooms is easy and without privacy concerns for those new to this experience,,,,overall a great place to stay!
