What a location! Steps from the National Seashore beach (Head of the Meadow beach). Quiet and private campsites nestled in the Cape Cod evergreens. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Wake up early and walk to the beach to catch the sunrise before just about anyone else in the east coast! Short ride to...

Never in my life did I think of camping. Decided to come here after selling my home of 19 years. From the moment you meet the staff , you know you have made the right decision. Every single person that works here, goes out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. It really is like staying in...

All and all I really liked this campground. By far the quietest campground I have ever been to in my life. The bathroom smelled like seawater at low tide but they still seemed clean. I know that sounds counterintuitive. The subject head "kinda pricey" was only for the fact that it was rustic and expensive. The site itself was lovely...

Just returned from camping over labor day weekend. The site was completely full but we loved it because it was so quiet and peaceful. I am so tired of being kept awake by noisy neighbors drinking and talking in loud voices so every word can be heard in our tent when we are all trying to go to sleep. As...

I camped at North of Highland with my family for seven nights in August 2016 and we had such a great time that we did not want to leave. The Owner's are very thoughtful about how they run the campground. There are notices posted to clearly communicate the rules of the campground and to keep things orderly. I appreciated the...

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean camping experience, with spacious and well thought out pine-covered sites close to the beach, then this is your campground. This place is so professionally run that it's the first time since I was a kid that I felt the joy of camping. I came with my 4 y/o boy and my wife...

We don't usually go camping but stayed here for three nights in a tent and loved it. The campsite is managed well, everything is clean and pristine, the staff was very helpful and friendly and we had everything we needed. Showers cost a quarter for seven minutes, there was drinking water available at the bathrooms, there's an adult room where...

Darcy, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed observations and suggestions; we take them to heart. We were glad you liked our "spacious" sites and the short walk to beautiful Head of the Meadow Beach, and that your kids loved our playground so much! We hope to have you come back and stay with us again. Although...

We stayed here three nights in July. Nice clean bathrooms and shower rooms. All the staff were super friendly and nice. I did not like the fact that we didn't get to pick our campsite, or that there were no fires or dogs allowed, but we knew this before booking. The path to the beach was really cool! So close!...

Very nice quiet campground. We could hear the waves from our campsite. Half mile walk to the beach. Showers and bathroom was very clean. Showers cost a quarter but lasted quite a while. No Power except for seasonal campers. Fires are not allowed in the campground but if you get a free permit they are allowed on the beach at...
