I arrived here in end of May with my boyfriend and it has served as a wonderful abode for us in the time staying here. Being relatively close to Ubud, but simultanously far enough away to not get the town vibe. Lovely and helpful host. Whenever there was a question or issue i could always count on the host. The secluded nature of the bungalow was the winner for me. Neighbours 3 other bungalows from the same host.
Telaga house is a set of bungalows located in the village of Kepitu, area of Kenderan. 10-15 minutes drive by motorbike north of Ubud. Central, but still far enough out of Ubud to offer peaceful surroundings and authentic Balinese village life. The owners are really beautiful and kind people and always accomodating to make your stay comfortable and easy. Right next to the ricefield and an ancient, sacred balinese water temple (Go only with a Manku and wear sarrong! dont go alone) I have stayed in these bungalows for quite some time and would reccomend anyone coming to Bali to stay here!
Stayed here for almost 5 months.. Lovely secluded spot on outskirts of little traditional Balinese village. Great place for time out from the world. Wayan the owner and his wife Ibu Wayan are such lovely humble Balinese people. You will be well looked after.
Stayed here for a couple of weeks. The surroundings are beautiful. Lovely place with gorgeous garden!! A lot of butterflies flying around! At night you can also see fireflies. Very peaceful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
