The hotel is very conveniently located to major highways. You can also get into Boston very easily. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is more than adequate. All of the service providers, especially the cleaning staff and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast service, are helpful and cheerful. The only thing I noticed is that the carpet...

This hotel is my favorite in the area. The rooms give you so much value with the kitchenettes and extra sofa. The breakfast is extremely generous. The access to the computers and printer in the lobby in case you need to printout something like boarding pass is very convenient. The staff is always hospitable. We take our grandkids swimming and...

This is an amazing value for the look and feel of this very modern hotel with great service. The only thing I found a negative were at least some of the rooms only have showers and possibly because there is only partial carpeting in the room, it was very noisy. Possibly you could ask to be in a quieter room...

Check-in was an unpleasant experience. We got a newbie employee who had trouble checking us in and who could not even direct us to the elevator. They gave away our pre-paid larger room and told us we had to accept a smaller room. Although they promised to credit us 5,000 points as an accommodation they never did. They gave us terrible...

I have stayed at the Element twice this year. The second stay was based on my satisfaction with the first stay several months earlier. The decor can be described as sleek and modern, and a younger member of our family really liked the super-modern look. I was not as impressed by the sleek but stark decor, but I did appreciate...

This hotel was located in the perfect spot for what we were visiting for - lexington, concord, and salem. the hotel itself was ultra modern and eco friendly. like another reviewer said, it felt a little sterile for my taste - like a page pulled out of a magazine - but it was clean and comfortable. the bed was very...

This is an ultra modern hotel that frankly is a bit sterile for me, but room and location merit praise. Very comfortable, but be aware of pet policy - dogs allowed on first two of the four floors. I was bothered by a dog barking one of the two nights I was there. Breakfast included sandwiches and fruit and small...

We needed a place to stay for a friend's wedding. We are Starwood members but had never stayed at an Element. The well sized studio was roomy and had all of the comforts of home including a full size fridge, microwave and stovetop. The bed was very comfortable. The feel of the hotel was Eco, new and fresh. The free...

We stayed 3 nights at Element Lexington during our trip to Boston from Nova Scotia. We were very impressed by the size of the room and the amenities included. Our room was immaculately clean with a very modern feel. Breakfast was great with a little something different every morning. The one slight complaint I have is that it is a...

We were in Boston for the BAA half marathon over the Columbus day week-end in october 2012. We had a very good experience while staying at the Element. First, getting to the hotel was easy as it is right off the 95 Highway. The hotel is modern in style without too much deco. The personnel at the reception area was...
