Gateways Inn has comfortable rooms and a wonderful location in the Berkshires near Tanglewood. Staff members are all warm and hospitable. Home made breakfasts are outstanding! Live music in the evenings in an intimate setting is a plus.

Gateways made our annual Tanglewood vacation wonderful. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived. The inn has been beautifully remodeled, combining New England charm with modern amenities. The bar with its unusually large collectioin of whiskies was an unexpected bonus. The restaurant is superb also, one of the best in the area. Breakfast is wonderful...

The innkeeper, Michelle was very condescending to the point of rude. She made our stay very uncomfortable. However, the room was clean and sufficient, but for the high cost of the accommodations, I would have expected more. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment.

My husband kept saying "This is so nice here". Michelle welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour and information about the home. Loved the breakfast and coffee...homemade granola! A block away from stores and restaurants and easy driving to many attractions. During the day it is very quiet because everyone is out enjoying the Berkshires. Our room...

If you ever wonder what the difference is between a Good and Great B&B, stay here. The owners take extraordinary care of their guests and make sure that you are treated well and that your entire trip is as enjoyable as possible. They will suggest restaurants, shows concerts, and they don't hesitate to make calls and get you the tickets...

Recently, my husband and I stayed at the Gateways. We have stayed there many times. As always, Michelle is a kind, generous and attentive host. Each day, Michelle makes sure that her guests have plans for the day and any information that they made need for the day's travel. The breakfasts are delicious as well as the dinners in the...

My fiance and I went to this bed & breakfast following the reviews we read online. That place took our breath away! The inn was beautiful and the food was a dream! Gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner with chef specials and live music after 730 just turned our time away into an enchanted trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and...

Wow! This place has everything. Luxury full service B&B located in the heart of Lenox. Near Tangelwood, walking distance to Shakespeare. Food, breakfast and restaurant, is great. Paneled bar has the highest rated scotch and 35 other great whiskeys to enjoy. Piano lounge with fun singers and great crowd. What else can you ask for? Yes, beautiful updated rooms and...

Had a lovely stay at Gateways Inn. The innkeepers are friendly but not intrusive. The rooms are nicely fitted with small refrigerators and cold bottled water and Kruerig machines. We stayed in Rosalind - which was lovely despite the skylight being covered up. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied and the bar is extremely well stocked. The evening piano bar is...

This is a beautiful historic building on the main street of a classic New England town. The greeting is warm and personable. The breakfasts are imaginative. The interiors and rooms are stately and elegant.
