First impression, just aneed ordinary mid priced Hotel on Main St. But the rooms are spotless the location no more than 10 minutes from everything and the Proprietor gave out good advice on where to eat etc

We stayed here for 2 nights and the room had a really bad odor that would not " air out". There was plenty of parking and you could walk in town most places but it seemed like we were on the more run down side of town. The staff was ok, not usually in office. I believe they live onsite...

We stayed here for 3 nights, mid week just after Memorial Weekend so everywhere was very quiet. Nice comfortable room, cleaned every day. Excellent location on the Main Street of Hyannis. There was some confusion about breakfast. We were told at started at 7am but when we arrived on 2 of the mornings at 7.45am there was no sign of...

I was just there with my family spending spring break, we had the best time. the management took care of us very nicely and made sure we get the right service at the right time. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Whenever I come agian, I will book a room in this hotel.

This was my first experience of an American Motel. My stay was pleasant and the premises is in a pretty convenient location for anything you may want to do in Hyannis, right on the main street, not too far from the station, plenty of parking and within metres of several good bars and restaurants. My room was spacious, average decor...

This place is in the middle of Main Street and in stumbling distance of plenty of restaurants which is its big selling point. The motel itself is fine. Nothing more. The bed was big and comfortable but the decor is decades old and won't win any awards! It does what it needs to tho Pugh and we spent a pleasant...

I'll be honest. I thought I was booking another hotel that I had stayed at previously. I knew the address somewhat (they are almost next door to each other). When I pulled up I was almost afraid to check in. The office is small but not indicative of the quality of the rooms. Thankfully, my room was non-smoking and did...

The inn is right on Main St, which was perfect because we could just leave the car there and walk around the lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. With its location in mind (and how loud people can be walking around the streets at night), it was surprisingly quiet once we were inside our room with the door closed....

Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and location is very convenient for exploring Hyannis! Would definitely stay here again! Situated just off the main street and close to the JFK Museum which is well worth a visit! Recommend going to the Black Cat Tavern on Ocean Street for dinner also!

I chose this location, because it was close to the ferry to Martha's Vinyard. However, the Hyannis ferry (Hi-Line)is very expensive! There is a significantly cheaper ferry from Falsmouth. The location is nice, because it is on Main St Hyannis, but the room wasn't that clean and had a foul odor. I would not chose to stay here again, but...
