We decided to go to Hyannis at the last minute. Hotels in the area in July are very highly priced. We found this place and yes it is a very old hotel, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, wifi worked, great location, not bad continental breakfast, price reasonable for the season and location, owners were very nice. We...

Even though the location is wonderful to walk to the ferrys and around downtown Hyannis, The condition of the hotel does not justify the price of staying there. The couple who runs it are very nice and try to be accommodating. However, the room was in poor condition with peeling paint. mold and duct tape on the windows. The mattress...

We stayed 2 nights here, and found it to be great! The price was low compared to surrounding hotels, but it suited our needs very well. It could not be more centrally located, you can walk to all Main Street businesses, the ice skating rink, and the harbor from here, you're also within walking distance of multiple restaurants. It got...

Nice place. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and the water pressure is FABULOUS. Located right in the middle of Main Street Hyannis, this is a great place to make your base for an awesome evening on Cape Cod.

We stayed over the Memorial day weekend and considering we booked like a week back, we got a good deal here. The room was clean with TV, coffee machine, fridge, iron, etc. We were here for 2 nights. Its walking distance to Hyannis harbor from where you can take ferry to Nantucket and Hi-Line ferry to MV. For breakfast, they...

We have been here two nights as 'base camp' to visit Cape Cod. Nicely located at the main street of Hyannis surrounded by a couple of restaurants. Pretty clean and enough space. Breakfast is served in the cafe behind the reception.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a few nights because the price was right and the location was perfect. The hotel itself was very old and in need of repair. Our bathroom was newly remodeled which was nice and the mattress was comfy. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but the restaurant where it was served was dark and gloomy....

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights to explore the local area. Was the most affordable hotel given its great central location. I didn't have a car so utilized public transport with minimal difficulty. The only grief i have with the hotel is that the carpet was quite dirty and my feet looked dark after walking on it!!! A...

We only stayed for one night for a flying visit to the Cape and Martha's Vineyard. We travelled with our parents and booked two separate rooms (adjacent). The location is great - on Main Street, within walking distance of the pier and ferry terminals and in the middle of the restaurant strip along Main Street, right near the JFK museum....
