Hotel rooms - certainly clean, but not well laid out. No place to put towels or hangs things in the bathrooms. Placing the hair dryer right above the sink seemed rather illogical. Must say the rooms were well equipped with plugs - no small thing when you arrive with various pieces to plugin. Bar - Seemed rather limited in its...

My reservation was for Friday, September 30th, and we called at about 6 PM on Wednesday, September 28th to cancel this reservation, but was told by the front desk we were within the 48 hour cancellation window and would be billed for the reservation even if I cancel. I only "missed" the 48 hour window by less than a few...

Recently stayed at the hotel for a wedding, wedding was beautiful and overall staff was nice until I had an issue with my room. I stayed for two nights each night in a different room, in morning of my final day I noticed a used tampon on the floor at the side of the bed. When I mentioned it to...

We were there on a Friday night and found the place full of wedding parties. The receptionist was business-like and efficient but not terribly welcoming. Because of the crowds, we made a reservation for dinner and found that to be necessary. Very good server, Samantha, but the dinner was only adequate. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked charm--nary...

This is a beautiful hotel. From the outside, I can see why people hold weddings and other events at this hotel. It's absolutely beautiful. But from the outside, you would expect more from the hotel rooms. They are basic hotel rooms. A simple, 2-double bed hotel room with a bathroom. It was clean and there is no refrigerator or microwave....

So we went there on a Friday night for the all -you- can- eat prime rib with the potato bar, shrimp, and soup/salad. My husband liked the prime rib but I opted for the salmon on the Fantasy Salad. That was delish! We sat in a booth- had to listen to the door to the kitchen squeek and bang the...

I'm on the road for business 80% of the year. Read most reviews on this hotel before arrival. I get that receptionist aren't very welcoming, but she pleasantly checked me in and went back to what ever she was doing online. The room was decent and bath kind of tight, but seemed clean enough. Lobby is wedding ready. House keeping...

Came here to get away with my finance. We loved all the amenities. The place is super clean, staff are friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool!!! Then we got ready and had a delightful meal at the Colonial Grill. Went back in the hot tub and then went to the bar and had a few drinks. This place...

Stopped for an unplanned Lunch around 1 pm. The service was pretty special given the time of day over a holiday weekend. We both had the potato soup with bacon. Thick and tasty. I also had a deli turkey hoagie. Expected a half size, but ended up with enough to take home. Ambience was typical for a hotel restaurant, but...

We spent one night for a wedding in a standard room. We had requested an in room refrigerator already cold for medicine storage. It wasn't there. They brought one, but it needed to cool down so blah blah we had to chase all over the hotel to find a place to keep the medicine and ice pack. Mind you, the...
