My family and I rented out all 3 rooms Howarth House has to offer on the weekend of our wedding. We were able to all stay together, as they were all in from out-of-state. It was so relaxing to have the entire weekend together in a homey environment, rather than a hotel. The food was fantastic, and Brian and Linda...

The gracious and serene ambiance of the Howarth House Bed and Breakfast complemented with the meticulous attention to every detail by the friendly hosts was a wonderful experience. Property well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for the comfort of guests, home was tastefully decorated with special touches throughout and rooms offered many amenities available to guests. Fresh baked cookies upon arrival,...

I highly recommend Howarth House B&B! My family and I stayed there recently for three nights and everything was absolutely lovely. Hosts Brian and Linda are fantastic; the rooms are comfortable, pretty, with many top notch amenities; breakfast was delicious (best blueberry pancakes I have ever had); pristine pool and grounds. A gem in the heart of Fitchburg, my hometown....

We were attending a family event in the area and spent three nights at Howarth House. It was perfect! Beautiful house, beautiful property, warm and unobtrusive hosts, fantastic (and big) breakfast! Great location -- felt like we were in a mansion in the woods, even though we were only a block from the Fitchburg State campus. Super quiet, watched birds...

My 10 yr old son and I were fortunate to get a room at the Howarth House last minute on a Saturday night. The house and the grounds were magnificent. Brian and his wife were great hosts and we utilized all that they had to offer. Dip in the pool, cigar and a game of billiards, and a wonderful breakfast...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Howarth House B&B while visiting family in the area. Let me begin by saying that Brian and Linda are an absolute delight. A real treasure in the B&B world. They are so nice and want you to feel welcome and at home. And we did! They also afford you your privacy, of...

We would definitely revisit the Howarth House B&B. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating making our stay very enjoyable. A great place to stay if you are going to enjoy a dinner and music at the Bull Run Tavern.

We have returned to Howarth House and have not been disappointed. Brian and Linda successfully make their home your home. The grounds on this multi acre property are impeccably beautiful and their rooms are spacious and comfortable. (We have stayed in 2 of their 3 rooms). Breakfast with a bowl of fruit, homemade pastry and the option to choose a...

It is with great excitement that I write this review. The Howarth House could not have been a nicer stay for our anniversary trip back to the town we used to live in. Linda and Brian provided warmth and comfort, beautiful accomodations, a very special home and extraordinary breakfasts...the best we have had in any prior B&B stays elsewhere. The...

We came here for graduation for my son at Cushing Academy. The whole family was under one roof. The owners were gracious and kind. Breakfast was amazing. The drive to school was a short 20 minutes with a scenic tour of the country side. Loved it and would come back again in a minute!
