this has been my favorite inn< it has a historic charm and is located in a great area of Hyannis, the beach is almost across the street, the breeze we got at night time was just perfect, our room had perfect charm, clean ,roomy, and our own bathroom, which was very clean, small ,but just the right size for two...

We just loved our suite. It was extremely spacious and clean. The ocean view was spectacular. The hotel is across the street from the beach. The people that work at the hotel are very nice and pleasant. The balcony was great. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive to the Martha Vineyard Ferry and about a 10 minute drive...

My fiancé and I stayed at the Seaside Inn for a weekend in April. We had a wedding to go to but had never been to the area. This was easy to find and it is right across from the beach. It was a beautiful location. The parking lot is harder to find since its in the middle of the...

Great location across from beach. Great restaurant on premises. Clean. Roomy. Free wi fi. Good off street parking. Unfortunately walls very thin...neighbor's snoring kept me awake most of night. No manager on duty after 5 p.m. Room was advertised as "partial ocean view" which turned out to be "if you stand at kitchenette window & crane your neck you can...

The room was very clean and kinda cute. I had a decent view of the ocean from my non view room. Bed was comfy. Not a lot of storage space for clothes or toiletries. Room was small but that's to be expected. The walls are paper thin. I heard everything the couple in the room next to me said. That...

Room was a decent size and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee machine, sunny balcony. Short walk to Island Queen ferry which sails daily to Martha's Vineyard. Town centre about 1.5 miles away. The restaurant being next door was very handy and had an excellent menu.

Great location right on the ocean. There's nothing like waking up to an ocean view. Our room was awesome. Roomy, very clean, and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient at all. Nice kitchen area with compact fridge. It's much nicer than the pictures on the website. It was nice having...

We love this place. Always use it for our off-season visits to Falmouth. Incredibly affordable in the off-season and you can still experience the flavor of the Cape in the shoulder seasons. Absolutely LOVE that it is over the BBC-their food is top notch! Innkeeper is a peach and we love everything about it and recommend it wholeheartedly!!!

Stayed here in December, so the price was excellent. Don't know what they charge during the peak months, but it's likely competitive. An older motel that's been beautifully refurbished. Always preferable to the architectural sterility of the big chain motels. Bathrooms in the smaller rooms can be a little tight, but nothing you can't manage. The larger rooms are quite...
