Stayed a week and this a great base for exploring Cape cod -easy access to ferries for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, excellent bike network on the doorstep, resort has a good outdoor pool, apartments are large and roomy with BBQ in back yard area.

If you have lower expectations in life and love your allergies to get out of control, then this is the place to go. If you are healthy and want to get sick this is a great place for you. Stay away from this place is what I am conveying. The one good thing about this place is that you will...

Unit wasn't clean when we arrived. The half bath was so small it wasn't usable. The floors, walls, doors, carpet all needed cleaning and maintenance. They obviously hadn't cleaned under the sofa, coffee table or TV table - the floor was thick with dust. The toaster was filthy and broken, mold in bathroom where the vent fan couldn't work due...

First of all,it should not be called a resort. The place is old and filthy . There is no service provided. You have to clean the unit . You have to change the linen once a week and you have to carry it from the office. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is a very strong tobacco smell in the office....

Recently vacationed here, in the grand scheme of things its like renting a cottage from someone of a listing. Essentially you have the equivalent of a townhome that is clean, has room to breath with all amenities functioning properly, however, outdated and with less then desirable sleeping arrangements as far as comfort is concerned. The staff are kind but with...

My husband and I take a trip to the cape every summer during our vacation time. This is the second year we have stayed at briarwood and it was well worth it. The staff was very quick to help us with any activities around the club house and any questioned we had on things to do on the cape. I...

Briarwood is a friendly environment for a family. It is close to the highway, shopping (food and souvenirs), movies, restaurants, downtown Falmouth and the three public Falmouth beaches. ( I would recommend going to the beaches on the National Seashore or Skaket Beach-much better!) Jane at the front desk is a wealth of helpful information and is willing to answer...
