This motel is super clean, in a convenient location and affordable. The owners offered free coffee and plenty of information to keep us busy for our entire stay. When we first checked in and and saw the fire department right across the street we thought we were in for sleepless nights but we only occasionally heard a faint siren in...

Town and Beach Motel provides very quaint, very clean, very affordable accommodations in beautiful and historic Falmouth. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. It was an easy walk to the island ferry. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They really made our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

First stayed here 3 years ago, and each annual stay is better than the last. A dated, but clean and comfortable property. It has been upgraded in some way each year, and the owner and her assistant are the greatest! Helpful, friendly, accomodating. Plenty of hot water, more than adequate a/c, comfortable bed, flat-screen satellite tv, mini fridge, friendly staff....

We love this place. My sister and I stayed here about ten days ago for two nights while we were in Falmouth to hang out with old friends. We were raised in Falmouth and now return there every summer for a few days to just enjoy being "two little girls from Falmouth". We are now in our sixties, and have...

My family and I stayed here for the weekend when we ran the Falmouth Road Race. The motel is perfectly located near the center of town where it was so easy to walk to dinner or to go shopping (there is also a library you can walk to for anyone who has to do any studying). The staff are wonderful!...

Very close to all the bar's, restaurants and shops Basic rooms, but clean, tidy and very comfortable. Parking 20' away ! Very friendly and helpful staff Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Famouth

A friend that we were to visit in Albany became ill and at the last minute we needed to change our arrangements and location, and chose Falmouth. Called, they had one room left and we booked. Knowing downtown is where it happens in Falmouth, we were pleased to find that we parked our car and on foot, we shopped, ate...

Stayed during July 2015 for our annual UMASS reunion. Worked out perfectly as our "liquid events" were all just two blocks away in downtown Falmouth. Lots of excellent restaurants to choose from within an easy walk. The motel is very comfortable and friendly. Virginia and Terri are great hosts and pointed us in the right direction. I was amazed how...

Sweet little hotel right in the heart of Main Street Falmouth. Not fancy but very comfortable, very clean and quite spacious. Virginia and Terri were delightful. They clearly care about this little motel. Virginia has owned it for 31 years. Beautiful flowers greet you as you pull into the parking lot making your first impression a nice one. It's charming...

As stated by others, not the Ritz but great for what is is... Small MOTEL (all caps) w great location at great price. Clean, quaint, wonderful staff. Walking distance to MV ferry (15 min). Lots of good eats near by. If beaching, front desk will provide beach towels and beach bag. But again...not the ritz.
