Lovely place. Quiet place. Bed was wonderful, slept like a log. An excellent alternative to overly expensive inns and chain hotels in the New Bedford Area. I spent a peaceful hour outside just enjoying the grounds.

Beautiful Inn and in a lovely town. Ready to great guests, show essentials and make you feel welcome. Nice breakfast and accomadations ! Ask Janessa ( she’s the best!) what to see and where to eat! We had awesome meals at Margaret’s, Elizabeth’s and Mikes...More

We stayed 4 nights in Delano Homestead for the 4th of July and had a great time. Paul and Vanessa were wicked hosts. Great location in a quaint little town. Fort Phoenix park nearby with a beach and history along with plenty of art shops...More

This is a charming, clean, friendly, comfortable inn in the historic district of Fairhaven right off Route 6 and very close to 195. The inn itself is historically significant having ownership ties with the families of Frankilin Delano Roosevelt (hence the inn's name) and Ulysses...More
