We visit Edgartown every summer but decided to try it over New Years. The Kelly House was the perfect location to view the fireworks! We had a 3rd level, one bedroom suite in the Chappy House. Spacious and comfortable, but don’t expect maid service.
We checked in at the Kelley House a little earlier than standard check in time. We were given a key to our room. The room was beautiful! Just recently remodeled. However the room had not been cleaned yet so we went back to the desk....More

After staying at the Kelley House over the New Year celebration I would ask them if they have updated there hot water issues as they ran out of hot water on the first day of our stay and then in the afternoon there was an issue with the heat not working. The rooms are dated but more importantly the necessaty to maintain their hot water & HVAC systems is basic human need. The location of this hotel is wonderful as you know but I would question the updating of the very system that provide basic need.
