For starters, the woman who checked us in was outside smoking with two of friends. We walk into the room, it was dark with the light on at the entrance, we booked a room with fridge and microwave that were not in the room, no tissue in the bathroom. The room is big but small bathroom, everything else is standard. Nice staff, small elevators. Really like to try the restaurant but we arrive too late and check out too early. Nice couch inside room. Old interior but enough to stay for one night.

In my second night of my trip, they put someone with barking dogs next to my room. We cannot sleep. I don't understand when there's are tons of empty rooms, why they are doing that.Frontdesk doesn't care about us, even don't want to find out the guests with barking dogs. We won't come here again.

The company booked the room for me but they didn't put my hhonors number (diamond tier) when booked. When I arrived at the front desk, I requested to get the Diamond benefit. A room is a room and an egg is an egg and so staff and attitude makes the difference. Staff treated each other with respect and were happy in their jobs and it showed. That's clearly a management strength.

The overall stay was good. Breakfast quality was very good and service was good. For my experience the reception service was ok, but could have been better. Food quality and selection in the restaurant was good, service at times was slow, but good overall. Rooms and hallways in the hotel need some updating. Hotel reception told me about the jacuzzi...

Highly recommend this hotel. Outstanding all around. Comfortable beds, large clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff was great. Hotel finishes are classy and elegant yet not stuffy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holiday season, all of the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. We attended a private event in the North Shore ball room and it was lovely as well. Overall a GREAT stay!
