This is our second stay at the Archer Hotel and this is where we’ll stay when visiting family in Boston. There is not one single thing I can say that’s not perfect about this hotel. Location is great, staff is beyond friendly and helpful, super clean, bedrooms have the perfect amount of plugs and charging areas. Beds are super comfy, showers nice and big and even have a self-great for shaving legs, quiet, quiet, quiet. More suited for adults and business people. Multiple great restaurants and a good sports bar and grocery within steps of the front door. You have to get we really like this hotel. Thank you Robin, Gauvu and the entire team. We’ll be back.

Having travelled for thousands of room nights, from the reservation department through check in and even last day, a drag. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was 5 star. Restaurant is overpriced especially for the mediocre quality. There are many better choices.

Michael, Thank you for taking time out of your day to inform us of your experience. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review. The level of service you mention is not customary of Archer's expectations and will be shared with our team in a corrective measure. Feel free to contact me direct so I can further assist at Albertk@Archerhotel.com. Should your travels bring you back to the area, Archer would enjoy hosting you again. Sincerely, Albert K

This hotel is hands down the best place to stay , the staff is super friendly and helpful, the accommodations are modern and sleek, Nespresso in the rooms are a nice touch and the bar is a great way to end the night with a cocktail… the breakfast in the morning is also a pleasant experience with a nice variety of choices …

This hotel was amazing! I travel a lot, so stay in a lot of places, and this is now among my favorites! The personal touches are what were the difference maker for me. The note in the room upon arrival, the slippers, the candy and treats left in the dish, the cure kids books on the nightstand- all amazing! Also the bed was extremely comfortable. The check in staff was amazing, and you need to give Boom from your restaurant a raise!! Her service was not only amazing, but we had her for breakfast and then at night around the bar area. She is a great asset for you. 5 out of 5 starts for sure!

My company hosted a group of 17 and all our guests were very happy. Here are some pro tips to make your stay even better. Park around back, not in the front - there is an entry door there with direct access to an elevator up to the rooms, the bell carts are stored in that lower foyer. You can get to the first floor but not above that without a room key card. You must have checked in and use your room key card to access the guest floors. Once in the room the bureau drawers, micro wave, fridge, coffee maker and room key are a bit hard to find, because all the interior wood is painted black. The drawers pull over from the bottom, not the top. The micro, fridge, coffee maker, and safe are all located over by the window in a big cabinet (painted black with no handle). There are inside the cabinet which will slide out and light up. There is no clock, but there is a phone with a handset which will allow you to record a wake up phone call. You get two free metal bottles of water on your first day, you can use the metal bottle to fill up on delicious spa water in the lobby. Free coffee is set out all day starting quite early. Lots and lots of restaurant, and bar choices are just steps away. Bowling over at Kings Bowl is extremely fun!
