My husband and I were politely welcomed to the hotel. The parking lot was well-lit and easy to find using a GPS. We were acknowledged for being Marriot Bonvoy members, and the entire hotel was spotless and well cared for. Our suite was clean, and we were pleased about the space and could have a full breakfast in the morning. Everyone was a delight, and we look forward to returning.
Stayed here once before solo a few years ago due to no heat at home. This past Saturday we stayed with grandkids for the night. Enjoyed the pool and the great breakfast. The Staff, from the front desk young lady who checked us in to the breakfast staff could have not have been nicer!! We will be returning soon with grandkids. Thanks The Lennons
Housekeeping walked in on me. Not cool. Most uncomfortable bed ever. Hard like a brick and super high to climb into. Was not given any direction on how cleaning and resupplying works - poor staff communication. Leaky sink and shower. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.
I enjoy this hotel whenever visiting family in the Boston area. It’s comfortable, newer and close to wonderful shopping/restaurants. Staff are always great. You can’t go wrong with the one bedroom suite. It’s quite roomy. Burlington is a nice town with a great selection of restaurants. Boston is about 25-30 min drive. I’ll be back.
The room was immaculate. There were no luggage carts available. The reception personnel call a staff member and had him find one for me! It happened very quickly. They answered my questions quickly. A relaxing place to be. Delicious breakfast. Early start for breakfast (6:30 AM) so I could get on the road quickly.
The check in process was smooth. The TV in our room wasn’t working and Richard fixed it right away. The rooms were clean and tidy. I love the kitchen . Very nice place to stay. Walking distance to the Burlington mall , restaurants and freeways .
We were looking for somewhere to stay with kids for a short weekend near Boston. We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is spotless, from the lobby to the pool to the room! Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from an amazing mall, with many restaurants nearby(although we didn't try any). We drove to Boston for the sites and it was about a 30min drive. The only area that may need improvement is the breakfast - not much of a selection, but we made do. Also, the beds are super comfortable, I'd love to find out where I can get those mattresses!!!
Stayed here for one night while in town on business. The hotel is newer, rooms are spacious (as expected from a Residence Inn) including a kitchen, vanity area, bar and couch/seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing suggestions or recommendations when asked. There are many restaurant options within walking distance - from sit down steak houses to faster places like Chipotle and burger joints. Very convenient to Hanscom AFB (within 4 miles) and about a 30-40 minute drive (without traffic) from Boston International. Only issue was noise heard throughout the night - not sure if it was from an elevator (we were not that close to it) or other equipment, but being on the 2nd floor might have had something to do with it. I'd recommend trying for a higher floor where maybe it would be more quiet.…
Great hotel for business or any travel! This hotel seems very new, and is easy to get to, located among many restaurants and shops, and grab and go breakfast was a wonderful option. It was easy to check in, even late at night. The room was spacious with a large desk, awesome little kitchen with bar seating, and awesome shower in the bathroom!
I stayed at the Residence Inn before and loved it. So when my girlfriend wanted to celebrate her 50th birthday qith a quick getaway, I highly recommended a stay at Residence Inn. 8 of us booked 4 rooms and came to celebrate with her. It was mother's day weekend and there were a lot of families staying there. The room above hers had kids running all day and night so she hardly rested. She reached out to the front desk to change her roo m and they had none available but assured her that they would speak to the folks above her. We're not sure whether they did or not but the running continued. At check out we asked if she could be compensated since they couldn't change her room and the young lady said she would put some points toward my account but I told her I wasn't inconvenienced but my girlfriend was so she should be the one compensated. She said the manager, Zach, will be in at 3pm, she will speak to him and let us know. Zack never called back despite me leaving him several messages and sending him and email. I had to call Marriott's headquarters customer support to get results. Still no one called to apologize for the inconvenience and of course Zachary, the manager never responded. This is the time of manager that Residence Inn hires to represent their brand. Oh yeah they credited her $20 toward her bill for the "incovenience". …
