My husband and I stayed there for business and pleasure. The first room had a jacuzzi tub (total surprise) with double beds ($175) and the second room was a king bed ($114/night). We travel during the heights of graduation festivities and was happy to find something AFFORDABLE that WASNT infested with anything. I used to work housekeeping and the rooms were clean so good job housekeeping team! Also I always check the mattresses wherever I stay…and they had additional mattress protectors and they were clean! So while it wasn’t the Ritz or Copley…it was comfortable and affordable-especially on short notice during event season.
I felt comfortable with my staying at this hotel. It was quiet and clean. The service was great. You get the value for the price you pay. The room was clean. There was parking on the site. I will recommend it to my friends.
I booked online for one night because we were having power outages in our area, and when we pulled up the entire hotel was pitch black! Poor communication and so unprofessional! I saw one person in the lobbey wrapped in a blanket with a flash light (probably a squatter) so there was no way I was gunna go in there!
When I arrived and saw the Super 8 I figured I had made a mistake in choice. I was however pleased with my stay. I stayed only two nights but the room I had was clean and surprisingly quiet. I have to say that even though this place is in Brockton they met and exceeded my expectations.
Jet tub oozed dirt suds. Just a complete disgusting place that no one should have to pay for. Hallways and common spaces had a concentrated cigarette smell. Even if booking non smoking room, you do not escape the stench. Paid 177 for a night at a total dump!
I ended up in a smoking room so the cigarettes' burns to the bedding and rug were to be expected I guess. I think smokers must be suicidal. However when entering the room for the first time, reaching around in the dark for the light switch I found it was nonfunctional and didn't even have a cover, so theoretically I could have stuck my finger into the wiring, which could have been exciting.Room seemed clean enough. The staff came across as rather indifferent I would not return
We had two rooms with this hotel. They didn’t honor the rate, they never recognize me as a Wyndham member. The rooms had broken items in it…toilet… they didn’t have any towels available. I never received late check out as requested nor a amenity for my stay. Awful service!!!! Never again
I booked two rooms for my sons basketball tournament. First of all we walk into what sounded like a fire alarm that continued until we checked out the following morning. Our room toilet was broken and then when we requested late check out. The front desk was so rude… needless to say that I’m a Wyndham diamond member which their could care less about. I asked for more towels I was told they don’t have anymore and I had four people in the room. I was over charged because I only had my AAA info but not my physical card. I will NEVER book another room there even if there are no room available in the area.
Fine place to stay. Close to highway exit for easy access north to Boston or south toward Cape Cod. Shopping center and supermarket short walk away. Restaurants nearby as well as in Stoughton and in downtown Brockton, short drive away.
I had an emergency where my RV broke down and it was being repaired and it took longer than was anticipated and Super eight was right there and accommodating me for those three evenings. Overall I was pleased I was pleased with the location and the friendly atmosphere that was presented to me by the staff
