All service from check in, to complimentary breakfast, to shuttle service within area to directions to local sites were of the highest quality. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. Shuttle service provided to and from Logan Express within the Braintree area. Logan Express takes you to and from airport.
Hotel was easy access off interstate. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Shuttle was a great plus, took us to & from the subway stop. Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. Rooms were clean, but a bit dated. Our bathroom shower ceiling needed some attention, but overall would definitely stay there again.
Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was attractive and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast far exceeded my expectations in quality and options. The location was very convenient and it was easy to find what you might want nearby. I am very pleased with my experience at Hampton Braintree.
Let me start by saying, this is a clean hotel with friendly staff (hence the 3 stars), however, after being awake for nearly 24 hours (we took a red eye and had poor sleep on the flight), we wanted nothing more than to rest. We were given a room on the 1st floor, that had an adjoining door to the room next to us. The adjoining door was thin and we could hear EVERYTHING. There was a baby that was crying at the top of their lungs incessantly at 10pm. We went to the front desk to request a different room. They said they were completely booked so they could not accommodate our request but that they would talk to our loud neighbors. Just when I was going to call the front desk again because the loud crying (and the adult subsequently yelling at the child for crying), the front desk knocking on their door and told them there had been concerns about the noise. They said the baby was screaming due to having to get out of the pool. After that conversation, I heard the woman yelling at someone on the phone, demanding they return from wherever they were to help them with the screaming baby. She called that person multiple times and other than telling the child to be quiet, I could not hear her trying to soothe the child in any other way. I did hear what sounded like slaps and her trying to muffle the child by covering their mouth with her hand, though. After continuing to endure this, my boyfriend went to the front desk to express our concerns once more and asked for a refund. We desperately needed sleep and it was clear we were unable to get it. The woman said she knew our room number and that I would be refunded. Honestly, I have my doubts about getting a refund due to them not printing a receipt showing a refund had been requested, but we’ll see in a few days. We left the hotel and booked a room at the hotel next door (the Sonesta). It was MUCH better. Our room was quiet, spacious and the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had a room next to less chaos. I do not know if all rooms at the Hampton Inn have that adjoining door, but if they do, understand that you will hear everything from your neighbors very clearly (and I would assume they can hear everything from you).…
We stayed here for one night, and chose this hotel largely because it is pet friendly. Check-in was very quick. The room was quiet. The hotel had the usual Hampton Inn breakfast selection, which I was not expecting due to so many hotels having reduced breakfast service due to Covid-19. My only complaint about this hotel would be that the check-in staff doesn't wear masks. I realize with vaccinations it's not as necessary however, so I didn't take off a "star" in my review.
Clean and quiet on the floor on which we stayed. Is in an industrial area which seems to be safe. It is quite convenient to the interstate and there is a warm breakfast provided. The pool was open, unfortunately the whirlpool (which I would have used) was closed for repairs. The pricing was reasonable.
Just need a hotel for the night my son who is attending a Boy Scout function at a camp of the road. Want to do hotel with a pool and a hot tub and breakfast. We checked in great experience. Went to our room it was clean very happy. Then went down to the pool. To our surprise the hot tub I was it was about 60° and the pool was about 80. My son went to the front desk to ask about the hot tub and was told it was broken. So I went back upstairs he swam a little bit in the pool. But hopefully they get the hot tub fixed I told the woman at the desk when I checked out the next morning and she was very friendly and very unaware of it was being broken.
Very pleased with our stay. Amanda was so friendly and helpful! The tables with TVs and fireplace were a perfect place for the kids and parents to gather. They even let us use a conference room after the kids swam. Very pleased wound definitely stay here again in the future!
We stayed here on a trip to Boston. Shuttle to and from T station were very convenient. Morning shuttle driver was very friendly, the evening one not friendly. The continental breakfast was quite nice.
I frequently stay a Hiltons I have never been this disappointed in a location. Our television was broken the staff offered no solutions. I will never stay at this location again if I’m back in the area. If you need to stay close there’s a best Western right across the street.
