I was looking for a place to crash after hanging out with friends. I know the area well and the location was perfect. I booked a room in advance and headed to the hotel on the late side. I got there and they could not find my reservation. I showed the gentleman my confirmation and he finally found it. The room was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room next door had a new born baby that cried at all hours. In the morning, breakfast was included. The food was a little scary so, I settled for a piece of wheat toast with peanut butter. Overall, not bad!
The room was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Great variety for hot breakfast, good coffee. Great location for getting to Boston, Concord, Lexington and Salem with ease. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!
Very spacious room you have a microwave and fridge—Neutrogena toiletries nice hotel for a quick stay! —They give you complimentary waters which is a plus after a long day of work, over all a nice stay— desk in the room sofa bed big king sized bed
Nice and clean hotel. Everything was wonderful! The service from reception and all the staff was incredible. During the snowstorm, there was no problem. I will recommend it to all people. Thanks for the service!
Front desk staff was very cordial, manger however was very rude and scared my 8yo daughter who was just trying to buy ice cream because she dared go to the desk without an adult who was actually less than 10 feet from her. Mom was literally 10 feet away IN the lobby! Never again.
What an absolute money hungry DISGUSTING hotel you are. First of all, your customer service is 100% trash. Your front desk employees are RUDE, unsympathetic and classless. I wasn’t able to make my trip to Boston to visit with friends because I was exposed to Covid and they have a 3 year old on a feeding tube. I called to explain this, and that I realized that I had checked in (on the app, two days prior) but that I wouldn’t be coming. THE ROOM WAS NEVER ACCESSED. Hilton Diamond line tried to work with these employees to refund me but nope. No chance. They not only charged my card but then charged me a last minute cancellation fee. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE BRAND. Shame on you, Hilton. Get you act together.
Have stayed here previously but have found that the room itself is starting to show wear. Towel rack hanging off wall. Just not as good as it could be. These are things that should really not be affected by COVID. Otherwise breakfast and location still pluses.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. I appreciate the concern with Covid, but I believe it impacted the service. Can’t speak to the breakfast because I ate a family homes. The hotel is very close to major highways
I stayed here for almost a month and I had the best experience. The front desk staff are always so friendly and the staff were always so helpful. Every time I asked for something, they promptly deliver. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this one definitely a place to remember. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to the US. Thank you !
The bathroom shower was filthy. The shower curtain had large brown stained areas. It need to be thrown out. I could believe whomever last cleaned the room let that nasty thing say up. The shower walls actually had black hand prints. I felt so uncomfortable. I reported but I couldn’t stop thinking how nasty that was. The hotel must be older. I could her the guest on the floor above me walk. It was like I was in an apartment.
