John, I do agree that your experience fell below expectations and I do regret the issues you encountered. The elevator being out of service due to a quick interruption in power was not typical of our operation. I do understand the GPS problem that you encountered. Our hotel property sits on the Billerica/Bedford line. Our hotel is in Billerica, however the street we are on is in Bedford. I’m working with our digital dept. to see how we can address the issue. When a guest utilizing GPS puts in 25 Middlesex Turnpike, BEDFORD, the GPS will bring you to our hotel. I truly regret the delay and inconvenience that this caused after a long drive from New Jersey. I am glad that we were able to correspond personally last week. The hotel continues to make improvements to our operation and how we communicate information. I do hope that should your travels bring you back to our area that you’ll continue to choose our hotel as I know that we can exceed your expectations. Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was good, not anything special, but still nice. The wallpaper was quite bubbled and some broken tiles in the bath, but again, very clean. We could hear people in the halls easily, but no noise from neighboring rooms.

We love staying at this hotel. It's just wonderful! Staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean. The breakfast is really great. Lots of choices. They really care about their guests here. We have stayed here quite a few times already and will always go back!

does the hotel provide shuttle service to the train station?
Hi we did not use the shuttle service at all as we had a hire car and drove to the station where there is lots of parking.

How much is the parking at the Hampton and is it easy accessible? My partner and I have booked for June and it is a late arrival. We will be arriving at the hotel around midnight, so would like an idea of the parking set up before arriving.
There is plenty of free parking, with more spaces than rooms so there will not be any issue with a late arrival.

How much is the parking at the Hampton and is it easy accessible? My partner and I have booked for June and it is a late arrival. We will be arriving at the hotel around midnight, so would like an idea of the parking set up before arriving.
Parkin is free, and there is ample parking. You will really enjoy your stay. I stayed here on business and your question made me nostalgic for my trip to Boston. We were talking about this hotel in the office last week, saying how good it was compared to all the other hotels we stayed at on business in Boston.
