Julie and Jo, the owners, were friendly and helpful. The room was very big with a nice bathroom and TV. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and nice fresh smelling linen. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served in a Victorian dining room. We don't eat meat so Julie made vegetarian breakfasts for us. She put herself out for us...

Prepare yourself to feel you are staying with a nice Cape Cod family rather than a typical company run mansion hotel with hired help. You'll be greeted by a nice young couple who own the place along with their two toddlers and pooches. They work hard to please and did. The room we stayed in, the Red Room around the...

We arrived to an unlocked open house and a couple waiting to check in. The owners went to the beach and did not answer any calls to their provided cells. I found a pubic hair and a dead bug in my bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the shower liner is filthy with mold (not to...

Pleased I was able to make a last minute reservation for a one night weekend stay but became clear why room available. Garrett room really not acceptable as rental. Unable to stand up straight ) at 5' 2". Bathroom down flight of steep stairs from bedroom. Shades frayed . No bar soap. No ventilation in bathroom. Place overall seemed quite...

Calling to ask about amenities and I was a subject of a rude joke by the owner. So I asked if the rooms have bathrooms and showers so you ate not sharing them with other guests (since this place is a B&B) and the owner asked, "so you really calling to find out if the rooms have bathrooms?" Excuse me?...

Love love love this Inn! The inn is beautiful, our room (the Rose Room) was comfortable and luxurious, and the innkeepers made us feel like friends as well as guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the service was extraordinary. We hope to be able to go back soon; hated having to leave!

We were in Barnstable on a whale watching cruise (amazing!) and just stayed for one night. The owner, Julia, was very welcoming and friendly. The Inn is beautifully quaint and we stayed in the garret room which is quirky and cute. Breakfast was amazing and the bed was very comfy... Just what we needed when tired after a day on...

We planned to stay for two nights in this B&B. Unfortunately, our booking via hotelplanner.com hadn't worked, so we could only stay for one night. Our host was very helpful in finding an other accomodation for the second night in the middle of peak season and even gave us a gift zertificate for a restaurant, although he obviously wasn't responsible...

Arrived on the day that we reserved the Lilac Room only to find a dead bug in the wine glass, a dead bug on the bed and a spider walking across the bed after pulling down the top sheet. Called the owner and was told the room had just been fumigated. He stated his wife would be up after she...

Beautiful grounds, lovely town and great hospitality sums up our stay at the Beechwood inn. The room was clean with the old world charm you would come to expect while staying in a house that was built in 1853. Breakfast was delicious each day accompanied by great conversations with the owners. Whenever we make it back to this part of...
