I think the hotel is a good fit for the area. I personally have not had a problem there. As a traveling nurse I have stayed there for the in both 2011 and 2012 for several months each. The maid service was prompt and eager to keep my room clean and stocked with fresh linen.

Due to business, my husband and I have been staying at the Master Suites, in Waldorf, Md, since the beginning of April...
This particular property suits our needs very well...
We are:
...close to our business location...
...able to have our breakfasts and dinners in our unit...stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and stove...
...enjoying all the room in our unit...separate bedroom, living room and kitchen...
...liking the "newness" of our unit...everything is new and very clean...at times, the two flat-screen televisions are convenient...
...very pleased with the demeanor of the manager and his staff (especially, Karen)...they are always cooperative and of good-nature...
...very close to every retail store, eatery, etc.that anyone could possibly want...love that Costco is nearby, also...
...liking the lobby/front desk area, which is clean and inviting...we are able to get coffee each morning, from this area...
...to travel home on the weekends, but the laundry facility appears to be clean and complete...

I'm a contractor who travels a lot. I was recommended this place on behalf of other contractors in the area. The area is fairly easy to learn and close to the interstate. There are also a lot of shopping centers less than 2 miles in either direction. The room had more space than needed, but that made it more comfortable. The wifi was faulty at first, but by the time my work was finished it was upgraded to a much secure system. If work calls me back to this area this will be my choice to stay!

Looks nothing like those pics. $100? plus mandatory $75 fee? The nerve!! Front desk refused to give xtra washcloths or linen, ridiculous. Didn’t feel safe. Didn’t want to lay on/sit on anything, just disgusting. Don’t waste your money if you don’t have to.

There obviously must be different management at this hotel, as the change since I was there two years ago, is beyond belief. EVERYTHING is shabby, unkept and dirty, dirty, dirty. I also felt extremely unsafe. I could not wait to get out of there. Avoid this hell hole at all costs.

Booked last minute because we didn't feel like the 3 1/2 drive back home. Called around to other hotels and this was the only vacancy. Nice lobby, reasonable price- what the heck! Room was a nice size but the smell of cigarettes and weed made me nearly cough up a lung! Carpet was so nasty my shoes kept sticking to it. No way was I removing my shoes or any other clothing- I literally slept with my clothes and shoes on after checking the 30 year old mattress for bedbugs (thankfully no evidence of them) the kitchen and bathroom area had obviously been renovated but that money would have been better spent replacing the carpet and furniture. Music was BLARING from the room below us until about 5 am. I believe people actually live there. After we were rested enough to drive home we checked out and would rather sleep in the car in the parking lot than stay at this place again!

I stayed here about 12 or so years ago, before review sites. The place were you check in is very nice and misleading. Once you get to your room, it is light night and day. Do yourself a big favor stay somewhere else. Looking at the reviews on here, I can see that nothing has changed. I didn't even want to stay there after seeing how nasty the room looked. I didn't even think about using anything in the room, I put my coat down just so I could lay down. I couldn't stay the night, all I could think about was how nasty and full of germs the place was. Being a female I didn't feel safe at all, which was just a little problem compared to how nasty this place was then. Like someone said it is more like a cheap motel. The kind you see on the road that you wouldn't dear step foot in. Once you get in your room you will feel that way. I'm just trying to save you your well earned money, you would be better off staying anywhere else. There are many hotels in Waldorf that are cheaper, and a lot cleaner. You can even go to La Plata, MD to stay. There's no since paying for a place you can't even feel comfortable in. FYI: The profile picture is not of this place, it was from a place in PA.

Oh man, where do I start? ? All I can say is DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS STINKY, NASTY, BIO - HAZARD DUMP!! and yes,I really mean that literally! ! Filthy,broken down rooms, windows, appliances. ..no heat or air, PUKEY smell with BIO STAINS everywhere! Yes,BIO-STAINS! ..the moderators on this site won't let me say what I really want, but use your imagination. .best bet,just pretend this place does not even exist! Helpful?

Beyond gross, all of the desk clerks are ghetto and rude! Especially Karen & Isaiah! The room was NOT clean and I'm sure they are popping sheets. The hot water did not work!!!! The free wifi did not work either and breakfast is a honey bun from a vending machine and lukewarm coffee. Furniture and carpets are very stained, broken dressers and doors that do not lock. Security/maintenance/housekeeper (yes all one man) made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE - the indian manager was absolutely no help and made no attempts to correct or address my complaints.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve, and it was the most uncomfortable stay. The first hotel room we got had a broken door, in which all of the cold air came in, and the heater did no justice. When we ran the sink water, the tub water would run. Also, the tub was something dirty! The toilet also didn't flush. We went to go request another room, and even though better, it smelled like pickles, the carpet was dirty, the sheets had cigarette holes, and the kitchen was dirty! We had to go buy air freshener for our room. I walked in my socks the whole time, and couldn't even sleep well due to the level of discomfort. I would never go back to this place, because these suites are more like "Motel Suites". Don't let the price fool you! At least the front desk lady was nice.
