Kind elderly gentleman brought us the extra bed covers needed. Friendly personnel we met in the hallway. Room 411 close to elevator which was good for our senior family member. Be careful with them, they are unfair! The hotel cancelled our confirmed reservation, because they overbooked it. The receptionist knew this exactly, it was clear that they did this with many Booking or other reservations! There was a concert at FedExField (venue) and the reason we made reservation at this hotel was to be close to the actual concert.😱

Thank you for addressing issues that can be corrected by the property. The issues addressed about our rooms are currently being addressed by the maintenance staff including the ice machines. Let me start this review by saying the staff are extremely friendly and are always apologizing. The hotel was clean. The rooms were very nice and clean. Now the negatives. Each day the restaurant was out of something. Day 1-potatoes, any kind. Day 2-no cereal bowls or plates. Day 3-juice was watered down and all they had was bread slices....

This place has gone downhill. The rooms look nice but the staff is horrible. I plan to avoid this place at all costs. Breakfast was not ready. Check in lost our reservations. Upon arrival it is noticeable that the hotel has been remodeled of late, and it is nice. The lobby and king room that I stayed in were exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every regard. When staying in the DC area, I would highly recommend this hotel for a business or family trip.
