I picked the Parsonage Inn because it was in town and we could walk to the various shops without driving. The room we stayed in was charming and cozy! We enjoyed as well he cider and cookies that were available upon our return after shopping. Sallie the inn keeper is very nice and provided us with a tour of the...

Praises to Sallie, the Innkeeper, at The Parsonage Inn. We had a newly decorated room with added little luxuries that made things nicer. Breakfast of scotch eggs was quite a treat. Sallie is a great cook and she is personable and gives great ideas for dining and sightseeing St Michaels. I love that I can walk to any place in...

We chose the Parsonage Inn on line because it projected warmth, charm and ambiance. We where surprised beyond our expectations as to the Inns charm. The intent was to stay 2 days, and unbeknownst to my future bride I was to propose marriage. Thanks to our Inkeeper Sallie C. "alls well that ends" with a celebratory flutes of champagne and...

The Parsonage Inn in St. Michael's MD is a wonderful bed and breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the living room and dining room are comfortable and friendly, and Sallie, the Innkeeper, is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, as well as being a font of knowledge about local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious. At The...

This is the best place in town. It's real Eastern Shore hospitality, understated, and true to the spirit of the area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in town at this point. I've been to the Parsonage 3X in the past year on my travels from Scotland to the U.K.

I had a special request of roses and wine in the room waiting for us as it was a birthday celebration for my wife and it was flawlessly delivered. Sally the inn keeper is amazing. My wife stayed here on a short visit to St Michaels. The Inn was well located for a walking tour of the town. Bed was comfortable, breakfasts were tasty and rooms were clean. Only downside was street noise which was considerable at times.

Our room was wonderfully decorated, with a king sized brass bed, comfy chairs, clean room and bathroom and otherwise well furnished. TV and wifi were available and two wine glasses were there along with a wine bottle opener. The room even had a wood burning fireplace with wood available . The small parlor was where coffee and teas were available...

Dear Donna, Thank you for your review. We have tried to address noise issues in The Parson's Study, and it seems that we have had fairly good success. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope you will come back again soon. Best regards, Sallie Cwik Innkeeper

Sally makes the best breakfast of all Inn's I have ever stayed. Delicious. She gave us some great tips on the area and made dinner reservations for next door. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Parsonage Inn (1883) provides a striking example of the late Victorian era with its unique brick inlays and center tower with steeple. What makes us unique? The little things! Log burning and gas fireplaces, coffee, tea and bottled water available 24 hours a day, an ice maker for your drinks, active wine chilling sleeves, wine glasses and a corkscrew in your room, great bikes, freshly baked cookies, homemade organic yogurt and granola (we use as many organic products as possible - including free range eggs!), a choice of two entree items for breakfast, one sweet - one savory, (we even bake our own bread for French Toast) and we cater to all types of dietary needs. Then there are the big things that aren't readily visible. For instance, our pet friendly room (there is just one - so be sure to call) isn't just pet friendly - it is friendly to non pet owners too, we have two complete sets of quilts and shams, the non-pet covers (including blankets) are NEVER used when there is a pet in the room and visa versa, the room really is deep cleaned after each pet visit. These are just a few of the many, many things that our guests love and why they come back - frequently! ... more   less
