We did not have a reservation but had to stop for the night since the two babies were weary of the long day of driving. The front desk was helpful in providing a room at a reasonable rate. The breakfast area was large and open, however it was not open until 7AM and terribly under staffed. The wait time for...

Stayed at the Courtyard Rockville for 6 nights for during a business trip. As someone said below and as usual in these cases, the place would live or die according to expectations. Mine were met and I found the hotel to be satisfactory. In contrast to some previous reviews I found the service to be great. Staff was always helpful...

Never my favorite property in the area cause it's a little odd. For ex 2 tiny little "gyms." One with 2 cardio equipment and the other with some weights. Elevators in weird place. But anyway usually ok. But I am going to try to avoid in the future. It now has that terrrible musty smell that happens to hotels sometimes....

Dear jennamack, Thank you for your candid feedback. I'm sorry that we weren't able to exceed your expectations during your recent visit. We understand that our layout is a bit different, but please keep in mind that what worked well when the hotel was originally built is not necesarrily a good fit now. We are looking in to different options...

I gave this hotel 4 stars because the tv in my room did not work. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great. The breakfast crew was great and I even saw after they shut down breakfast (at 9:30am a few people were getting upset) they had an employee stand up meeting. That shows good management! If you...

Nice staff, clean rooms, and an overall Marriott feel. The bistro is a convientient place.to get a glass of wine, beer, and quesadillas. The Pool is only opened with a lifeguard between Thursday -Friday 5-10pm and Saturday and Sunday10-10pm. The hotel is 45 minutes to Washington DC and 45 Minutes to Baltomore. There is an awesome breakfast at Teds Bulletin...

This hotel will live or die by your expectations. Let me set them low: check in is inefficient--I had to wait several minutes for the "room card machine to boot up. The rooms are spartan with minimal amenities. For example, your soap is the size of a pack of gum. Hopefully your room won't be like mine and have no...

Dear Scott_R_Seattle, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am very sorry that this was your experience here. The experiences you shared were an anomalies due to occurrences beyond our control. We were definitely not expecting this to happen but we did our best to handle the situation. I am sorry it was not up...

Located in a corporate district, there are quite a few restaurants in a less than 5 mile radius. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. Free parking at the hotel.

This is an average Courtyard Marriott, so that means don't arrive hungry, or if you do, be prepared to go out. They have that worst-of-all-worlds "Bistro," which means you wait a ridiculously long time for a mediocre item selected from a limited menu. They also have a euphemistically titled "Market," consisting mostly of high-priced bags of high-calorie items. I don't...

1.The rooms are comfortable- - comfy beds - great pillows - good desk - very clean 2. Pleasant, helpful and efficient staff 3. Free van to and from Metro 4. Very nice lobby - but there was no free coffee or tea. Instead, you needed to buy from the bar. It made the lobby a lot less of a welcoming...
