We stayed here once previously and had a wonderful experience so I booked with them again for our last trip. I did not realize there was a new building and old building. The first time we were in the main building that was closed in and had a room with a full refigerator and partial kitchen with cabinets. Our oceanfront view was beautiful. This past time, I booked the same way as before and we were provided with the outside, older building...I didn't even know this existed. It was old and dated. The floor carpet felt sticky and wet. My feet were dirty after walking on it. Our oceanfront was half of an ocean front because of a huge wall that came out from the other building only allowing us to see one direction (I love sitting on the balcony at night). There was one mini fridge with appeared to be a spare tv stand to store items on 🤷‍♀️, it looked like someone knocked the bathroom door off and they threw up a wooden one, the hanging light (there's only one right now) is hanging off the track and our peep hole is falling out and we had to screw it back in. For the price they charged, I was not happy or impressed. We will be looking elsewhere for future trips. Holiday Inn is right next door. I tried to add photos but it's not attaching them.

I am with my good friend at the Quality Inn on the Friends and Family discount. When I entered my room, the fridge is sitting on a piece of ply wood and I can see the concrete floor under the dishwasher, found a chip on the floor and there is a hole in the window..... oh yes, I am on the ground floor. I called the front desk once, placed on hold, called back again, was told I would get a call back and then I finally went to the front desk. Before going to the front desk a housekeeper was sent over. She looked at the room and told me what she would do to make it better. She was very nice. When I talked to the "person in charge", she was like you are in a $55/night room. She told me what the other rooms are going for and she basically reserves these rooms for friends and family.... ugh! I was at this same hotel last week on my own dime and I was also placed in the older side of the hotel which in my opinion should be demolished! I wish that I had that room tonight. I may have felt better if the "person in charge" spoke to me with some compassion. I understand business, but she rubbed me the wrong way. The only thing I can say is this is my last time staying at this hotel. Customer service goes a long way. This fell short. The Comfort Inn on 5th street is much better. The service is better, etc. Thank God I'm only here for two nights. I am literally drinking a bottle of wine to help me fall asleep if that is possible.

We stayed at the Quality Inn May 31st - June 4th. We checked in around 10pm on the 31st and were assigned room 810. We were very displeased with the condition of that room and in the morning went to the front desk to ask about a room change. The manager Phil was great! When I told him we were in room 810 he immediately apologized and stated that no one was to be in that room due to some water damage related to a recent bad storm. He assigned us another room and did not charge us for that first night. The second room, 804 was clean and the beds are very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly! There is a nice pool bar on the boardwalk and a restaurant. Parking is free. I would stay again in the future. Again, the best thing about this hotel is it's staff.

Quality Inn has a awesome hospitality. very nice staff. The room was as described. I was very impressed. They made me feel like family👍👍👍. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐is what I give them.
