We loved this beautiful perfect location, the lovely quirky old house and its interesting history, the cute dog, Lucy, the friendly staff and the excellent breakfasts. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and there is a walking trail. Bikes and kayaks are available. Our room was great and had a little porch on which we could enjoy the fantastic...

Wade's Point Inn is surrounded by water and offers a beautiful and relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the water. I could have sat outside all day. The delicious breakfasts include baked egg and crab, homemade grits, and French toast casseroles. The quality of customer service is high. Everyone who works there constantly encouraged us to "make ourselves at home"...

The Inn was clean quiet and peaceful, The food was gourmet and organic. The staff was helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the walk to the waterfront less that 500 steps from our room.

We found this gorgeous spot quite by accident. On 100 acres, one can stay in the 100 plus year old huge grand dame or stay in another tasteful more modern building. Directly on the Chesapeake, only moments to the quaint town of St. Michael's. Sweet staff and a lovely breakfast to boot! Visit beaches and ponies within an hour's drive....

A friend booked this Inn so we had no idea what to expect. It is so friggin lovely, and peaceful, set out on a spit of land surrounded almost on three sides by the bay. It's a perfect, romantic get away so close to DC. Chagrined to admit I've lived in the area for 20 years and never spent any...

I have never stayed anywhere like this. It's location is on a point that juts into Chesapeake Bay. There is water on three sides of the beautiful but simple gardens - lots of trees for shade and swathes of mown grass. The house is elegant in its simplicity. Rooms with no tv, no phones and no internet (available only near...

This is a gorgeous old estate with tons of peace, quiet and sun! It is one of the most gorgeous properties I have stayed on. It is situated on a point in the water so you have views on almost all sides. There are beautiful nature trails and private hammocks to read and relax on while listening to the sounds...

The room was perfect with a fabulous view, a queen size bed, and a small porch with a bay view on the 'sunset' side. The breakfast was served in a large, bright dining room with windows on three sides that provided an amazing view of the bay. Vanessa served a wonderful breakfast and was attentive and extremely pleasant.

Beautiful views! Peaceful and relaxing. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer! Sunset over the bay was amazing! Some of the rooms had small kitchenettes (right out of the 50's) adorable!! The main house has window air conditioning units ~ no central air. There are no TV's in the rooms, only in the main parlor, if that is important to...

We were celebrating my sweetheart's birthday. The drive toward the main house was stunning. The Buildings were bright washed, and the rooms were pristine. We absolutely loved our time there! It was the start of the season, so we imagine many of the yearly inspections and touch ups were being performed around us (however, without disturbing our visit). This gave...
